Review Gino's Pizza - Mississauga

Showed up close to their closing time (around 9:30pm) and got the last two Hawiian slices of pizza. They were a bit dry, but what do you expect 30 minutes from closing? I was happy with the price and they were in a location that worked well for me. The staff were really nice and we joked a bit, I looked quite ridiculous with my bike gear on and they didn't complain that I ate inside with my bike propped up against the wall. I'm easy to please if restaurants make it easier for me to pop in when I'm riding a nice bike and forgot my lock. Maybe they would have asked me to go outside if it were busier, but that's for you to find out :)

Ordered from skip the dishes.. asked for extra pizza sauce.. they put so little pizza sauce that you would think there's no pizza sauce. I asked for cheddar cheese as a topping and there was barely any on it let alone regular cheese. Whoever made my pizzas last night did a horrible job. Will never be ordering from this location ever again. It'd an embarrassment that they call themselves a pizza shop.

If you're incompetent and unhelpful, at least don't be rude. I go in and ask how much for a large pepperoni pizza. The girl says 14.99. I know that I paid less than this last time so I'm wondering if the prices went up. I ask about the walk in special and she starts making stuff up, pointing to a poster for a 3 topping special. Clearly she doesn't know and is making stuff up, but she is also getting quite irritated and rude with me despite the problem being her not knowing the menu. she goes "Ooh my gaawwwd" loudly. I decide to just check the website instead. Oh, it turns out you need to sign up with your email and phone number just to get the price of a pizza. That's tedious. I decide to call another location for the info, they say it's 10.99, just as I thought. I call this location again to confirm that I can get it for 10.99. She says yes, but then starts giving me all these other prices, one for 12.99 plus tax, one for 14.99 plus tax, without telling me what the differences are. Communication is really poor. This girl starts getting rude with me as well as I try to pry her to explain why she's naming all these prices for a large pepperoni pizza. At one point she says "you wouldn't understand, because you're not trying to understand". I was pretty aggravated at this point but I order the pizza anyway. A third girl at the store insists on talking about it even after I said "Please, i just want to pay and leave and forget about all this" but she is persistent and eventually I just tell her what a horrible experience i had and I can tell she doesn't care about how poorly the staff are trained or how rude they are, she is trying to frame it like the misunderstanding was on my end. At this point I'm just over it and it takes everything I have not to just dump the pizza I just bought on the ground for them to clean up. The final straw was she said something like "the customer is always right" and I say "that's not even what I'm trying to say" and she goes "yes, it is" and I go "no", and she says "yes". She is arguing with me over whether or not the customer is always right. I'm never going back to another gino's pizza.

I used to order from Gino's all the time. I was so excited when I discovered this location until I found an entire plastic straw in my pizza. Very disappointed. Must have fallen into the flour or something....

The worst Pizza store ever. They will rip you off when they get a chance. The guy in cap is the rudest and doesn’t know how to talk to customers. They will charge you $6 for a single slice of pepperoni and the same slice i got a week ago for$4 something and will barely put any pepperoni over it, the size of slice is so small.Rudest employees. Never going back there.

Definitely something different to try! Craving for some good pizza 🍕 and tried Gino's Pizza. Love the freshness and softness of the dough!

I just ordered from this location through SkipTheDishes and my SO and I will not be ordering from this location ever again. We ordered 4 things: 2 large pizzas, 1 order of garlic sticks and 1 order of flavoured bites. For my pizza as well as the garlic sticks, I specifically asked for no cheese as I have a dairy allergy as well as no garlic butter on the bread for the same reason. Well, clearly someone wasn't able to read because my pizza had cheese on it and the garlic sticks definitely weren't plain. I wasn't asking for no cheese just because, I have an allergy. You should be paying attention to notes people write on their orders. I can understand now why this place is so poorly rated on Skip (6.9) in comparison to the other 3 locations. We definitely will be ordering from somewhere else going forward.

courteous and friendly staffs. Great pizza with Generous amount of toppings and cheese on it. Free parking at the back. And the wings are finger licking good
