Person on counter not helpful. He does not know, how to split 16 and 16 wings with different sauces. Asked me to pay 34 $ instead of $29.99. After I just outside. He and his colleague start laughing. I went to other store at heart land. Store was much cleaner and very helpful staff. Manner needs to teach staff and system training required.

Order a 2 large pizza online but made a mistake on the crust selection within 1 minute I called the credit view location and ask to change the dough. I was told the pizza has already been made. Who makes 2 large pizzas in 30 seconds. Weak customer service and pretty sure I was lied to about the pizzas already being made. Not a good place to buy pizza. Worst customer service ever

Busy day so I decided to order a pizza (XL Philly Steak) this pizza worth over $30. But the one I got was more like a $5 pizza. Barely had any cheese or veggies, the crust was 1/3 of the pizza and I requested square cut and they gave me pie cut! Most simple task and they failed bad. And believe me they weren’t that busy in the store.
By the time I found out I was already home. I was too tired to drive back and waste more time. Ill never go back again and I’m hoping others will read this and make they don’t get their money/time wasted!
Only positive side on this is I only paid 50% of the price because they had a promo. But the quality of the pizza was still not worth half the price.

I used to love Domino’s but the quality of the pizza has gone down severely. I don’t know why I still order from here. My pizzas are always dry as hell. Not fresh and cheesy. Just burnt and dry.

I ordered online and when i got there, the pizza was ready already. Although it was busy bcos of their 50% off, they got the order right..smells soo good and taste fresh and yummy. The place is clean and staff are really nice.

Whenever I order here they always said we are not able to deliver.. Very bad service I recommend everyone not to try this dominos… worst experience every time.. please take this into your consideration Domino’s,, it’s not good for your regular customers…

What to try?
Occasionally Dominos have their promotion of 50% off pizzas so I would suggest you look out for that promotion and use it towards a pizza you always wanted to try but thought it was too expensive.
I ordered the Extravaganzza pizza large. With half off, I ended up paying around $10! It's my first time ordering their special pizzas with dominos. Usually I order the basic one like pepperoni or the classic pizzas like a Canadian or a deluxe. But because of the special, I decided to order the special pizza.
It's called extravaganzza for a reason! Loads of pepperoni, ham, savory Italian sausage, beef, fresh onions, fresh green peppers, fresh mushrooms and black olives with extra cheese. Now that's a mouthful (no pun intended!)
Every pizza place makes their pizza dough slightly different and I say the dough at dominos is chewy and light. Doesn't feel like it's too hard or too dry.
I ordered the pizza online and the pizza was ready within 10 min!! Pretty quick!
Last tip?
Make sure you're subscribed to their emails so you know when dominos have the 50% off promotion that you can take advantage of! Then you can order pizza for half off!!
