First time here, serves was quick. To find out they messed up my order. I asked for a beef shawarma with all toppings. To find out that they gave me a chicken instead. It was lunch time and I wasn't going to stick around and reorder. I took a bite of it and look inside to find out. Half of the wrap was lettuce, where's the pickled veggie? The chicken has no char on it and not much flavor too. Don't think I will be back. I guess the saying is, if you don't try you will never find out!

My husband ordered two MILD wraps. I couldn’t even eat half because it was not mild. When he finished his (he is used to eating spicy food) he said “that was certainly not mild”. He advised me to eat the parts that did not have the spicy sauce. Unfortunately that would mean only eating half the lettuce and somebody of the pita wrap, the meat was drenched in the hot sauce. I gave two stars instead of 1 because in the past, I’ve had a decent MILD wrap and would have awarded 3 or 4 starts based on past experiences. I’m not sure what happened here this time.

Food was good but portions were very small for the price (mixed shawarma plate and a pop was $25). One look at the washrooms/tables will have you running the other way this place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since it opened, makes you wonder about their food safety. Not worth the potential health risk!

The food was ok ok. Service was super slow. The worst part was hygiene. The tables were extremely dirty and sticky. The lady cleaned upon request but one clean was not gonna do anything. The entire time my arm kept sticking on the table and that was the highlight of the dinner. First and last visit .

My Shawarma wrap was very dry, the interior restaurant itself very outdated, the seating chairs kind of made me loose my appetite., staff very unfriendly and some what rude. Food treys were sticky and not clean.

Good choice ! If you are bored of Osmow's ... they are a proper halal restaurant with sargent halal meat label visible in the shop .. whereas that's not in the case of osmow's . Tried their new Grilled chicken tender plate on "tuesday special" was amazing value and price - salad was amazingly fresh . Thumbs up on following COVID SOP's
