Pretty fast service inside, well organized and efficient. I went there to grab a lunch. I loved their hot dogs - very good. Compliments to the staff! Especially to Ehsan, nice worker. Always very polite and smiley

Drivethru was a very bad experience, time of order 10:15 pm today, Lady who took the order was impatient and arrogant.. I asked her to make a poutine as no cheese and gravy separate; She agreed and confirmed that she will give gravy separate but they included n poured everything on fries refer photo (Reason for asking this to mix it when I get home as it gets cold n lose crispness on fries); Very 4 burgers were not with what we order.. shame on you lady, u spoil the name of Harveys

Fantastic experience here. Staff are always friendly and do everything perfectly. Food is a definitely banger!!!!!!!!! From burgers to chicken to fries to poutine. This is the place for old school throwback style burgers and etc . The food hasn’t changed since 1985-Still the best tasting burgers. Not only that- They prepare it and garnish it right in front of you. Always a treat coming to this location. Dining area is super clean - lots of seating and excellent vibe. But most importantly the food is fantastic

My experience at Harvey's was fantastic tonight. The young lady that took my order and prepared my combos was a genuinely and friendly employee. She paid extreme attention to detail and was very accommodating to my needs. It had been a long time since I visited a Harvey's location and this evening while I was placing my order, the young lady assisted me with excellent recommendations and suggestions of toppings on my veggie burger and crispy chicken sandwich. She also went above and beyond and labelled each of my sandwiches with the names of my family members. I am rating my experience and customer service a 5 star rating and will definitely return to this location and recommend to my family and friends. Harvey's is very fortunate to have this team member as one of their employees. This young lady is truly an asset to the company. It is very satisfying to see that there still is great customer service especially during these unprecedented times. At the end of my visit I politely asked for her name and she happily said, "My name is Katie". I look forward to visiting very soon and hope to be served by Katie.

First of all it was mine 1st trial from here. I wanted them 1 crispy chick and 1 buffalo one. They only gave me 2 crispy chick also in my food there was a ketchup inside of it which us more then my burger. I felt that I was eating only ketchup....

I visited 2 times while in Canada. Without a doubt the burgers are some of the best I have eaten in a very long time. I especially like how you can choose the toppings that are displayed in front of the customer. The price was reasonable.

I've always enjoyed Harvey's burger made just the way I want it and always fresh and tasty, not like those other prepackaged burgers elsewhere. Latest order was a pickup. Server, Briana was pleasant and friendly.

Nice and friendly staff, doesn't hesitate or being rude if you want more toppings on your burger unlike other Harvey's where they make faces when you asked them to put some more of some veggies or something. Clean dine in, they also clean between customer and the one lady making burger was so nice and also suggested me a new sauce that could go with my burger and tasted Fantastic
