Review &company Resto Bar - Mississauga

Came to attend a party. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was good. The pasta was tasty. Other things were not good. No covid checks done or masks required when not seated ( maybe host assured them of our status?). The floor was sticky and the tables not cleaned. There was gum stuck on one of the seats. I wouldn't choose to go back as I was only there for a function however maybe the other guests might.

Awful place for the neighbourhood. Always garbage on the sidewalks around the property. So many kids pass by in the morning for school, and it's so unhygienic with all the garbage around. A dirty old couch had been sitting outside for months!

My fiancé and I went for a night out last Saturday and I have to say it was amazing! Our server was super friendly and quick with our order. The owner also came over to our table and was friendly and welcoming! We will definitely go back. Thank you &Co!

Went for a birthday party, and what a terrible experience. First we went for dinner upstairs, there were approx 30-40 of us. Now I know things take longer when you have large groups, but this was beyond what you would expect. We ordered dinner at 9:30pm, and at 10:54 we still hadn’t received our food. I ordered chicken sliders and French fries. The server came to tell us that they ran out of chicken. Why did we only find that out 1.5 hours later? We could have changed our order, now the kitchen was out of everything we wanted. So as a gesture, they brought us out steaks instead….. but most of our group was Hindu and doesn’t eat beef…so that went to waste. Then we went downstairs for the club portion of night. This wasn’t bad, actually quite fun (hence the 1 star)…. Except for the fact I was almost assaulted in the co-Ed bathrooms. I went to go into a stall, when a man (who just exited another stall) forced himself into the bathroom stall after me and tried to close the door. I was able to push him out and lock the door (there was a lot of yelling and shoving). One of my gfs was in another stall and heard the whole thing. Scariest moment of my life! I’d advise this establishment to post security upstairs (rather than at the bottom of the stairs, around the corner) in the bathroom area, as it’s very secluded, co-ed and leaves women vulnerable to drunken advances. Overall one the most memorable experiences of my life, but not in the way I wanted.

Went for a birthday dinner and the restaurant was freezing cold. The celebrant and attendees made multiple requests to the manager to increase the temp and thier response was it should warm up when more people come in. Food quickly got cold and I barely drank my cocktail. Not a pleasant experience!

This place never ages, it’s such a vibe. Amazing staff and great place for night life! One of the mangers Kelly is such a kind soul she helped me book many booths in the past and always serves me with a smile!

The standards of this place decreased in my opinion. The security play favourites and have an overly aggressive attitude. They say no smoking in there yet people do. They said no lighters and take your lighters saying “you’ll get it returned at the end of the night” ; I was skeptical leaving my personalized lighter and then it was snatched smh and the security doesn’t even care. Drinks were watered down and the vibe was just off; Music mix was like completely trap music, no variety really. &co used to be much better, I guess my &co days are done here :/

One of the worst club in Mississauga super expensive. The price is never firm always up never down. They were charging up to $40 to get in and $30 for lady's. Booth is wack had to buy 3 bottles just for a bigger section, bottle girls were nice! but very greedy at the front entrance. Got Bottle service & still had to pay to get in . Overall the club music average. experience was terrible won't see me doing any more parties here

Unfortunately there isn't a rating below 1 star to give to this place. Very pretentious place, trying too hard to impress and a total rip off compared to other real Latin/salsa clubs in Toronto. If you are into Latin/Salsa dancing then stay away, the dance floor really sticks (maybe from all the beer that are spilled on it!) and the DJ's choice of music is really bad. The crowd was more about drinking than about dancing. The only good service we got was from out waitress, but overall this place was a bit of a disappointment. It may work for others looking to get drunk and let loose in a typical club setting, but for those of us who actually like to Latin-dance, I would stick to the regular Toronto salsa clubs/scene! Too bad I would have liked to get a good dance option in the west-end for a change.

Horrible services, over crowded the food is completely under cooked... smoking area was not ready for smokers was delayed by 30 min the crowed would multiply while waiting. Good service was taking long time to get their. I would not recommend this place to no one. And on my way out the entrance and exit was blocked only for entry so I took a back door and appeared in the middle of angry crowed who was waiting to get in for more than an hr. Walking to the car I even received a racial slur which was completely unacceptable.

Great atmosphere, good food. After dinner the dance floor was packed with good music. For my taste the crowd was a little younger than I expected. Would definitely experience another evening 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I went there for a birthday gathering , the place looks great, food is really good and waiters were attentive. Now on the negative most things were too expensive for what you get and the club decided to charge $20 cover at 9:30pm for two of our 14 person list.. Now i know the club is trying to attract a hi end crowed but i think they'll end up alienating most people.

I appreciated the $30 cover and the stealing of my lighter as well as being frisked like a hardened criminal. Iv gone to way more high end clubs downtown and have never been treated like that even when celebrity guest appearances and real DJs show up they still treat us with more class. Your sound system is jacked up it's like 1 part of the dance floor is nice and loud but if you move further away the sound gets weak. The best part of this experience is after being frisked and having my smoke pack looked through you guys missed the half q of danky weed i had in my pocket. lol DKM

Went to this bar with 5 friends and they wouldn’t let my friend in when they were wearing shorts, and I’m also wearing shorts but they let me in. The only difference is I’m a girl so it’s ok?? If you have a dress code honour it regardless of gender. NEVER giving this company any of my business

Went last night for the first time for my sister's 30th. I absolutely loved it. Great service friendly staff a very well kept place. And can't forget DJ .. Great place to dance after a nice enjoyable meal. Thank you ! Definitely going again:)

As Im reading other reviews about how bad the &Company Resto Bar presented itself as a dance club My husband and I thought it was just a restaurant. We are from Buffalo and found the place on Open Table. That being said, we had great service and and really great food!

We loved all tracks that got played and best place in town to spend awesome time with friends.

Love this place! Great atmosphere, great food, amazing music! And they definitely know how to take good care of you here. Special thanks to Nader and Rob. You guys made our night! Check this place out y'all! You won't regret :)

I jus don like how they take the lighters and how far the washroom is with all those stairs like you climbing a mountain but had fun nice music proper club

No club is worth waiting over 2 hours to try to get into. Especially when u arrive at 10 which I don't even believe was late. Waiting in line till 12:30 then just decided to dip. This is not the first occasion where this has happened. Will no longer be coming here

Went on Friday night. Great food, fantastic music, ok crowd. Too few washrooms and they were disgusting to say the least. Will go there again.

After being a regular on Wednesday nights I went there last night for New Years with a couple of friends and left thinking this place may have the worst service I've ever seen. Total rip off! We got nothing for our price of admission and paid for overpriced drinks. And we were given major attitude by the staff on top of that... Anyways we bought $40 tickets and showed up at the door at 8:45. The door girl tells us that we don't have dinner reservations and the place is open only for dinner now and that we should come back at 9:30. Asking people to wait somewhere else for 45 minutes instead of inside an empty bar was STRIKE #1. After a few minutes of staring at her in disbelief the owner comes and tells us we can come in and hang by the bar. Ok... The place got really busy around 11 pm which is the usual but the washroom line leading upstairs was the only way to get to the top floor. After I tried to get around people, the bouncer told me rudely I have to wait in line even though I'm not going to the washroom. STRIKE #2 It's almost midnight and we aren't allowed to sit anywhere. At this point you have girls in high heels standing for hours around empty tables reserved for bottle service. They expect me to pay for 2 bottles to sit down. STRIKE #3 We also got no hors d'oerves which were included in our ticket price. STRIKE #4. At midnight we wait in line 10 minutes to get a glass of champagne but the girl refuses to pour us any because we don't have tickets. Apparently they gave out tickets at the door except they never gave us any when we came in. STRIKE #5 We go to get the tickets and come back but the girl refuses to give us champagne saying they ran out of glasses. Can't you wash them or something?!? STRIKE #6 All night long staff working in the place waiters, waitresses, bouncers are so rude and keep pushing people. As we were waiting to get our coats and get the hell out of the place the bouncer kept pushing me forward saying I'm holding up the line. STRIKE #7.
