Despite a lot of people in the back, they were still very slow, taking almost ten minutes for hot chocolate and tea.
The person taking the order did not understand how to pay with Tim Hortons points, so I wound up paying cash. It also took four attempts to place our order and we had to keep correcting it. In the end it was still wrong and wound up with with an up-charged candy cane white chocolate that was undrinkable.

The most disgusting Tim Hortons washroom I have ever used. Zero hand soap. So that means employees aren’t washing hands either. Unacceptable.

I live within walking distance and this location should be my go to coffee shop. I hardly ever post reviews but I couldn't hold back any longer. I love to try all the specialty donuts when they're first introduced. Today, I decided to try the Boston Cream donut now that it's supposed to have extra filling. I thought it felt light in weight. I decided to cut it open & NOTHING, at all!!! This isn't the first time which is why I'm sending this review. When I called to complain, a woman answed the phone and just said "hello". I wasn't even sure if I was calling the right place! I was then passed off to another woman who gave me attitude & wouldn't even give me her name! I was told to call on Monday, after 8am. Unbelievably bad customer service, poor quality products and on occasion, I get someone else's order I'll be going to another location. Quality & service has drastically gone down.

Service getting worse every day. Waited in the drive thru line for almost 15 minutes while there were just 2 cars ahead and still did not get the right order. Order taker was repeating the order time and again, but still might punched it in wrong. When called to let them know about it, the lady was not ready to tell her name and hung up on me without resolving the issue.

Overall very busy considering it’s only tim hortons in area with lots of business establishments so mostly people come here for morning coffee.
Food is average at best, they take a lot of time to prepare it and usually it’s bad. Wraps are half empty and so on.
Two stars only because staff is nice most of the times. They are super busy so I guess it’s hard. Most of the staff is very sweet and respectful to all customers so only reason I never complaint about wait and food :)

The worst Tim Hortons location I have ever been to. I understand that locations can be busy and understaffed, however this location is slow even when there is nobody in the drive thru. They have gotten my order wrong 4 times over 5 months. I have had terrible experiences for which it has taken me more than 3 weeks to hear back about compensation. I was promised compensation and told to come in the next day, when I came in I was told that my name wasn't in the system so they can't do anything about it.
This location needs to get new management or better employees.
