Boston Pizza holds on to its standards pretty well! I also had the spinach artichoke dip… sorry no pic as it was so yummy that we immediately dipped😂 Nice refreshing family ambiance.

A very family-friendly restaurant. My kids love coming here because their food is always consistently good. My husband and I enjoy their pastas on Pasta Tuesdays. Drink selections are really good too, if you want to just relax with a drink in hand, munch on some appies and catch a game (or in my case, the plays of the month). This particular restaurant is well run, the servers are friendly, is central with plenty of parking. Would definitely recommend!

Best treatment ever when I walked in to order to go. 2 girls took my order and had the best personality ever. Helped me out to pick what I wanted. And they offered to help me carry my order to the car and the manager stepped in and helped me carry the drinks and my 2 bags to my car. Great service thank you team. Keep up your good work.

This is my local BP and I always enjoy coming here. I had a great experience a couple weeks ago for a Victoria Day lunch with my daughter. Yummy food and good drink specials. I sometimes come for an after work drink and all the servers and bartenders give great service. Amy is especially friendly. Would recommend highly.

My sister is heavily pregnant and was craving the cactus cut nachos (not a regular item) and I called multiple locations around Mississauga and all of them said no. Mark came through and made the absolute best cactus cut nachos we have ever had!!! The fries were crunchy and the halal spicy chicken actually had spices and tasted delicious. If we had time, we would have come back and grab a second order, that's how amazing it was. Both Jennifer and Mark were so kind and respectful to our dietary needs (halal), and accommodated us by making the fries in an oven rather than deep frying them. Thank you Jennifer for letting me know about the fries being fried in the same fryer as non-halal meat and thank you Mark for taking the time out of your busy schedule and making it differently for us. You guys don't understand how sweet and respectful this gesture was. My family and I, and especially my pregnant sister truly appreciate it! She ate it all within 10 mins, no exaggeration!!! Thank you so much!!

From all Boston Pizza's this is my least favorite. My experience with the food in this establishment has been below par to other Boston Pizza's I have been.
The staff and service is good, although a little bit more attention to detail would be appreciated. We went there with our 11 month son and they put us in one of the raised booth and brought a high chair for our son. The high chair was way lower than the table and was somewhat cumbersome to feed the little one. The restaurant was at 25% capacity so a regular table mat have been a way better choice for us.
In summary, overall friendly staff but the food could use a little bit more TLC.

I usually don't give 1 star but this location is a poor respresentation of the brand, by far has been my worst experience. They cut my wrap Horizontally (I know! ) and for side veggies I got a bunch of brocoli. Really ???

I really enjoyed being at Boston pizza Erin mills, the only thing better than the service was the pizza! I would highly recommend anyone whose in the area to go and try Boston pizza Erin mills!

I always liked BP, but yestarday I was really disappointed � we order the BP classic nachos and first of all where too spicy and then only to top layer had cheese with no more than 25 grams of beef in the whole plate... we ate the first couple of nachos and for the rest we have to order extra salsa and sour cream because they were completely plain.. the rest of the food was good as always but at then end we were supposed to get 3 ice creams from the 3 kids meals we order but they give us only 2 and when we ask for the 3rd one I guess because it was almost midnight and the waitress was too busy she didn't bring it up so we decided to go!!!

Great service from our server Emma. Our orders were all correct (there were 6 of us). She made suggestions and split our bills just as we requested. Great service and great food. Love the new peach and strawberry crostada!! Will definitely order that again!!

On avait perdu ma réservation que javais prise au préalable trois semaines plus tôt sur le site internet de BP pour le combat du 26 août ! Il a fallu plus de 20 Minutes et plus de 7 personnes pour qu'enfin un gérant nous accorde une table avec preuve à l'appui dans mon courriel! Nous avons bien manger et passer une agréable soirée grâce au service de Brada merci 😊 nous aurions aimer être au courant lors de la prise de réservation qu'il y aurait des frais de 20$ par personne !

Service is crap! If you have a policy on acceptable forms of payment then common sense should be to make that policy known to customers. My dad went in with a $100 Bill to pickup an order that was placed over the phone with that location. He was refused because the manager said there's no way of knowing if the bill was OK or not. He had forgotten his wallet at home so that's all he had with him. The manager didn't care and said that it was that locations "policy" not to accept the bill.
Policies should be made known to customers while they place orders on the phone or in restaurant. They also "checked" the bill and then said it was policy not to accept it. Then why check it at all?!
Our lack of a meal would have been avoided if we were simply told of this so called policy. The manager showed no sympathy for the situation. So much for quality customer service!
