Il Porcellino has never let us down with their service. Love their food and there's always too much on my plate.

This place is a hidden gem! Well worth the search! They have amazing homemade pasta, amaretti cookies and a beautiful infused hot olive oil! All worth the long trek from London, ON! The place is obviously family run and operated ...all around wonderful!

What can you say about Il Porcellinos that their credentials don't already? They are the #1 Italian restaurant in Mississauga 6 years in a row, and it will be a travesty if they don't get the award next year.
I went into the restaurant and was blown away by the quality, class, and family oriented customer service. Everything was so superb that I had little choice but to allow them to cater for my wedding.
Just when I thought they couldn't exceed my expectations, they did it again. They epitomized professionalism, accommodation, and utter satisfaction. Everyone at my wedding adored the food, and continually complimented it.
Il Porcellinos is a gem in Mississauga, and I would recommend it to all people from every walk of life. Anytime I need catering in the future, or a delicious lunch, I will be looking to Il Porcellinos to provide a hearty meal and put a smile on my face.
Aside from the food there are numerous life lessons one can learn from this successful company. Quality over quantity, the merits of translating family values into business, and the rewards of attention to detail.
I've never written a review to a restaurant in my life, but after the production and service of Il Porcellinos how could I not? Anyone whose done business with them before understands, and those who haven't yet will be blessed when they find out.
I booked my daughters First Communion at Il Porcellino, and I will say that the service is AMAZING!!! All my guests are still complimenting how much they enjoyed the food and the atmosphere was perfect!
I recommend this restaurant to anyone!!

My absolute favourite spot of all time...Gnocchi is heavenly, and the Tucci Family will treat you like family too!! The cherry on top is that Il Porcellino supports Cops for Cancer every April and donates back to the community!! Put this place on your bucket list and bring a little pig figurine for the collection case if you can!!!

I would like to thank all the staff of Il Porcellino in making my Birthday dinner one I will never forget. My mother who is a true Italian Nonna really liked the dinner. She felt she was eating at her family's home cooked meal. The veal cutlets were nice and tender and the vegetables were cooked to perfection. The pasta had the right amount of sauce and everyone enjoyed the meal.
This is one birthday I will always remember and will definitely order or go to the restaurant to eat again. Everyone is helpful and they make you feel you are a part of the family. Thank you for making my birthday dinner a success.
Our phones grant us cold access to every restaurant with a pulse in this city. So it's nice to find a place that not only has delicious food but feels warm and inviting at the same time. Almost like you've been there before :)

Amazing Restaurant.. Great food and Excellent service.
We had visited Il Porcellino prior to deciding that this was the place we would order from for our civil ceremony. It's a family owned/run restaurant that puts love into their food. The family was so friendly and personable. The food was fantastic. Based on our experience we decided that Il Porcellino would cater our civil ceremony. They delivered to us which saved us so much time. They prepared the antipasto, the main course and even various cookies and desserts. Our guest raved about how everything tasted and looked. I highly recommend this restaurant to cater any event and I highly recommend visiting their restaurant with your family. The prices are super reasonable for the amount of food you get, but more importantly, the quality of food you get. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!!
We called on the Tuesday for a 'Celebration of Life' for the coming Saturday and they were able to help us. It was short notice and just before Christmas! We had a hot lunch for 80 people. It was all delivered hot and on time. The meal was delicious and there was lots of food. Everyone loved it. I would highly recommend Il Porcellino for any function! We wish they had a restaurant that was open for dinner!

I was looking for a restaurant with a great vibe, good food, and service with a smile. This warm welcoming eatery delivered on all levels. And some familiar Italian music made it that much more authentic.
One quirk about the restaurant: There is a tall cabinet filled with piglet ornaments. The symbolism here is not that they specialize in pork, but that you are encouraged to eat to your hearts content("eat like a pig") which I found to be quite endearing. The ornaments have been collected from customers, local and abroad over the years who have remembered Il Porcellino on their travels.
There is something for everyone. And don't forget to cap your meal off with a shot of espresso or various other delicious options.
Il Porcellino catered my Sister's Wedding. Erynne and Steve Bertrand (the bride and groom) made the perfect choice. Il Porcellino was professional, on time, studied in working within a schedule and fluid enough to roll with on-site changes to the evening. I'm a musician and have played hundreds of weddings. Il Porcellino's food is some of the best I've ever eaten at a wedding. If you're looking to make your special day one where the guests will come away raving about the food please, please choose Il Porcellino. GREAT JOB GUYS!

I had il porcellino cater my wedding. Their prices were very, very good. Their advice and knowledge of the business and food selection for our event was excellent. They supported us through the planning stages and wer very thourough about providing the right service.
They drove 45 minutes or more north to our event.with the food
..it was piping hot and beautifully tasting and the servings were very generous. Their family staff were extremely polite andvery helpful with serving the meal and cleaning all the dishes and cutlery....fantastic. I had many of my guests complimenting on how great the meal and service was. I have eaten at many weddings and.im glad my own.was through il porcellino...your guests will not be disapointed

A great lunch Experience!. The first time I went to the Il Porcelino, it was for my baby shower. My friends had heard about this nice place and decided to throw me a party there. I am so glad that they did. The food was phenomenal, the service was exceptional, and the family that owns the place treated me as one of their own. I took my husband back there for lunch the other day, and once again, I was not disappointed. We had the Veal Parmigiana, it was awesome! The bread, the salad, the pasta, the meat, the tiramisu, and even the cappuccino made me feel like I was dining in Italy. I love this restaurant and If I didn't live far from it, I would be there everyday for lunch! Five stars to the IlPorcelino! Keep up the awesome job!
Simply The Best. Il Porcellino serves the best Italian food in Mississauga. I've had numerous parties in their restaurant as well as catered events and I've never been disappointed. The penne vodka is perfection. If you're looking for some great Italian food for your next event, Il Porcellino is fabulous!
