I love A&W, but this time it was horrible! I ordered through Uber Eats, I ordered 3 combos, none of them had the fries, not to mention I paid $15.97 for each! The burger was paper thin, they probably used the patty from the baby burger.... asked for extra bacon and pickles, I got a saggy half a piec
Today, i visited and i can say this was the first time in Canada I got fast service and fresh food.
Customer service sucks. All were chit chatting in back room and gives you old chicken patty after waiting 15 mins.
I ordered through Ritual because I work in the mall and have only a half an hour break and with the craziness of the season ordering before hand helps me make the most with my break.

Downloaded and ordered through the app to get food for my break at work, waited until the estimated pickup time is 0, then walked another 5 minutes to the location, then i had to wait another 10 minutes until they're done with the one drink and one side i ordered... it wasn't even busy...
Incredibly slow! Fries and onion rings were burnt as well. Overall, wouldn’t recommend this A&W location.
