Review Noodle Wok - Mississauga

We've been going here since the 90's. Beef Brisket on Rice. I sub the broccoli for carrots though. Their signature chili oil is a must, it elevates the dish!! Sorry, I forgot to take a picture LOL Hence, the half shot.

Great food. We always order chicken wings, fried rice and veggies. Prices are reasonable.

Fresh and delicious. Staff is great. Only negative, they only accept cash. But once you know, you know. Spring rolls have changed. Please change them back to their original recipe?!

Old school, no frills Chinese fast food. Large portions for a very reasonable price. Don't be fooled by the non descript mall that houses this gem. Easily missed. Plenty of parking in the rear. Brisk take out, fast and friendly service.

The best single dish meal chinese takeout. I ate here 2-3 times a week for lunch when i used to work close. Now I travel 40 minutes couple times a month. I cant pass the location without stopping in.

Easy to find. Food lacked flavour. Was just sweet. No salt at all. Greasy. Place is clean and food is quick prices are regular. Don't think I would go back there.

Great place to try some asian food! I got the Yang Chow Fried Rice and it tasted delicious, hot and fresh. This restaurant only takes cash and no discounts just for your information. The cashier can speak Cantonese and is really friendly to chat with. I look forward to trying other dishes they offer.

Great value for money. I was craving some authentic Chinese food (rather than Indo-Chinese) and went to this place. The Cantonese chowmein was very flavourful The portion size was great as well. I will be going back to this place again.

Probably one of the best Chinese food places I have ever tried. I had the pork and pineapple fried right, vegetable spring rolls and General Tao Chicken. These Itsms were simply unbelievable. I’m so impressed with this place, I can’t wait to go again. I want to try everything on their menu. English is not good over the phone, but the quality of the food is to die for. <br/><br/>Special mention of their General Tao. Omg these guys do it perfectly. At last I have found a place that understands how to prepare this dish.

Awesome Chinese food at this restaurant. Nice family owned business. Portions are big and prices are cheap. Even though I've moved to Toronto, I always come back for takeout. Love their Beef Chow Mein, Shanghai Noodles, General Tao Chicken and Spicy Calamari.

I was sooooo hungry, so I stopped by this place that a friend had recommended to me. We got the spicy beef noodle soup and the beef brisket with rice ... I stopped eating half way through because my tastebuds got sooooooooooo bored. But I'm still hungry :(. I'm just not in the mood for bland noodles on lightly salted hot water! YUCK!!! :|

Still the best!. I've been home with the flu and the only thing I craved was the hot and sour soup from Noodle Wok. It's my favourite version locally.<br/><br/>For vegetarians: they do some really excellent tofu dishes. Worth trying!

Fantastic comfort food. This is top-quality Cantonese comfort food, with great prices in an unpretentious setting.<br/><br/>The menu is almost overwhelmingly large (and I swear it seems to grow by an item or two every time I come in) and my favourites change with the seasons.<br/><br/>That said I'd definitely try the Manchurian noodle and the spicy squid. But the service here is always prompt and very friendly so you can always ask for advice.

Sinagapore Noodles still taste the same!. Visited my childhood, after school Chinese go to spot yesterday. We'd all come here about 3 times a week because the food was great & the prices were also great. Very pleased to say that they haven't changed a thing. The only difference is it seems so much cleaner. The menu has stayed the same, maybe a few new additions & the prices are still very very reasonable. I ordered my regular as i wanted to confirm that the kitchen still taste the same. Singapore Noodles & a spring roll. Brought me back many years. Thanks Noodle Wok for remaining consistent!<br/>Update Sept 1st, tried the Pad Thai & was soooo disappointed, tasteless. The stuffed eggplant was good as well as the chicken wings.

Hidden gem. I don't live in Mississauga anymore but every time I'm there I make a point of going to Noodle Wok. I know many people who, like me, grew up on this place.<br/><br/>Consistently excellent food (try the orange chicken and spicy squid) a huge menu, great prices and very friendly service. I'd put their food up against many more expensive places around the city -- and I'm confident NW would come out on top.

Delicious Chinese Food. One of the oldest and best Chinese food joints in Mississauga! Definitely try out that Black Bean Chicken... It's been around for a long time, probably 20 years. All the food items are cooked fresh in front of your eyes in an open kitchen concept!

Unprofessional, Rude, Poor Service. I would not recommend this place to anyone!! First of all I placed an orer over the phone for pickup as I was in a rush and bit of a hurry. Upon arriving at the establishment to pick up my food, to my surprise they didn't even finish making it...or worst yet they didn't even start making it! So what was the whole point of me calling in, in advance to place an order for pickup?? I should I just saved myself the call if that was the case.<br/><br/>Secondly, after waiting for my food which I shouldn't have, they gave my the wrong order! I had ordered spicy pad thai with fried rice and when the box came, upon inspecting the food I noticed that they gave me a box full of JUST friend rice! After explaining to them that this was not my order, they argued with me and said that the pad thai is 'mixed' within the fried rice. I have never heard such bs in my life before and the rice clearly did not have any pad thai at all! <br/><br/>To make things even worse, they friggin burnt the fried rice and had such a strong burnt smell to it. That was my last time I ever stepped foot in Noodle Wok and I will never ever go in there again! They need someone who speaks fluent English, as they obviously have a problem with screwing up people's orders. They also need a new line of chefs if they are constantly burning people's food! Not satisfied at all!! Save your money and go to any authentic chinese restaurant instead

After a bit of miscommunication and the server confusing the orders, I sat down in the food court-like restaurant to eat our Chinese fast food. Though I ordered my sweet & sour pork to dine-in, I was served to me in a giant styrofoam container. The portion was very large, which was good for the cheap price, but the rice and noodles were old and somewhat hard. The meat part of the meal was very tasty, and good for a quick bite to eat, but not an outstanding dining experience.
