Their customer service is outstanding & professional and they go above and beyond to meet their customers needs to ensure they are happy. Their talent to create such beautiful cakes surpasses any others and at reasonable prices too, not to mention how delicious and moist their cakes are too...Thank you Swirls for always coming through on every occasion for us, your cakes always get rave reviews from everyone we have shared them with!!!

I have tried multiple cakes and cupcakes from this store and they were always delicious! Not too sweet and a good texture as well. Their designs are always clean and wonderful. I was recently given some eggless vegan vanilla cupcakes but they were quite dry unfortunately.

I was looking to buy some special cupcakes for my granddaughter's birthday. Someone suggested I try Swirls. I checked the website and was impressed by the variety of designs. However, the website suggested ordering 2-days prior to pick up. I called the store and was graciously told that I could have my order the next day. I requested the Rainbows and Unicorns cupcakes. My granddaughter was thrilled!

I sent my husband here to try because I was excited to hear about it on IG. He went at 11am, and the shop opened at 10:30am. When he came home I could tell the cupcakes were from the previous day. They were cold and hard. How could you guys sell day-old cupcakes?! At regular price?! At least tell my husband that they were not fresh and he can make a decision whether to buy or not. Or sell it at a discounted price! It’s simple good business. What a poor first time experience - I won’t be back even if the taste was good. The staleness hindered the true taste. How are you going to make it right?

We ordered cupcakes for a womens day event at our studio. The staff was simply delightful. We adored their cupcakes. Even had some left overs to take home. Would recommend.

I picked up my friends beautiful 40th birthday cake. It was nicely decorated and the flavors were amazing. The icing was the perfect amount of sweetness and very subtle. All the guest were amazed. I also picked up cupcakes for my kids very yummy and all you have to do is keep it at room temperature and enjoy. Thanks Swirls I will definitely make future orders.

A work colleague had brought an assortment of cupcakes from Swirls. Our company is new to the north Mississauga area and tried them out. The cupcakes were a definitely hit. I personally tried the Oreo and red velvet and was very impressed. They were not overly sweet and just perfect after a meal.

Cake was stale and the butter cream was stiff and crumbly. Price was high and to add to the value we found a hair on the top of the cake, definitely won’t be ordering again.

I really love the cupcakes here.They are always made fresh. My favourite is strawberry fields as there is actual strawberry inside the cupcake. I wish the ones they have ready came in more flavours, I think there's 10 in total but I just really want to try more! I've also had a few custom cakes made here and they always look incredible!! They can get pricey but I've never been disappointed with the quality and taste.

Great cupcakes. I have been going here for years because I love the cupcakes. My favoutries are the marble and lemon leau. I would definitely reccomend giving them a try, and you will be coming back too!!!

Disappointed. The cupcakes purchased here were not good, was not a big hit for my family. We went down the street to cake royale (a bit more expensive) and the cupcakes there were a lot better.

Delicious cupcakes!. I ordered a dozen cupcakes for a baby shower on the October long weekend. The cupcakes were a hit! They were fresh, moist and flavourful and the icings were creamy and sweet without being too sweet. The cupcake flavours we tried were vanilla, red velvet, chocolate and strawberry - all were very good!

Best in the gta. Cakes are nice and moist. Try and only eat one a day . It's a very quick route to high blood pressure and diabetes.
