Review Panda Express - Mississauga

Panda Express on Mavis was a good experience, the staff was quite attentive and suggested few options. Thanks to Amandeep for her suggested food items as they complimented well with Noodles and rice. I would have given them 5 stars the only issue was the fried rice as it was under-cooked and left a raw taste in the mouth. The order was for Orange chicken, fried rice, egg rolls, black pepper chicken, Veg Noodles and Kung Pao Chicken. The restaurant was nicely kept, clean and was spacious. I’ll highly recommend this place. Please keep up the good work 👍🏽

Love the food here. They have an open kitchen concept and they make fresh food in smaller portions which is the best part. Worth the price. They have options to choose from if u wanna have one entrée or two or three.

I hate that Panda Express is really good because I know the food is still fast food, and probably not the freshest. But it’s really good… honestly it’s expensive too. A bowl is $12 after tax and it’s not that big of a portion. A plate is even more expensive ( 1 main 2 sides ) but really, their food is very very yummy

Fresh and tasty food !!! Consistency in the taste is an advantage of Panda express. Got takeout from here after 3 months and it tastes the same and good portion. A plate ( with 3 entree and 1 side) worth and is really filling. chowmein is good but Fried rice was average. Kung pao chicken and black pepper chicken is good. Overall decent place. But reduced one star because of the customer service

If you like to try out some really decent chinese food, then you should totally visit this place. They have "make your own bowl" concept apart from regular ala carte, where if it's a bowl you get to choose one main and side and if it's a plate you get to choose two mains and one side. I'd totally recommend the mushroom chicken and grilled chicken teriyaki. And for the sides you can either opt for grilled veggies/ noodles / fried rice. ( You can also go for half rice and half noodles - incase you want to try both 'em) The mains as i said which i have tried were good, but the noodles and fried rice could be better. The entrees portion size could be better though.

I bought 1 plate with honey walnut shrimp, the premium dish and just look how much skimping was done. The lady at the counter had the audacity to tell me that whatever was given is perfect size. This is so sad. You pay the premium price and you end up getting skimped portions.

It was my first time at Panda Express, we got a box and a bigger plate. The noodles were pretty good but a bit salty, and the beef and broccoli were very good. The orange chicken was pretty tasty. My favorite was the cream cheese rangoon. I could eat them all day. The service was excellent, thank you for being patient with me. It was my first time ordering and deciding what I wanted to try. I had to give it 4 stars, just because of the salt.

Average tasting Chinese food at Panda Express. Staff here are really stingy with the quantity of food served. The taste itsself is no better than any other Chinese food joint in the cafeteria of a mall. I would actually say some Cafe food in the mall is better to be honest. Not impressed.

I tried Panda Express for the very first time this past weekend and I was pleasantly surprised. The a la carte option doesn’t make a lot of sense and it gets very expensive quickly. Getting a plate (2 entrees and 1 side or 3 entrees and 1 side) is the way to go. Sides include, chow mein, fried rice, veggies and steamed/white rice. There are a ton of entrees to choose from. My favourite was the chicken kung pao and the orange chicken. I also tried the string bean chicken and the black pepper chicken. I was surprised at all the great choices it was hard to choose just 2 entrees!

My only complaint is the A La carte options don’t make a lot of sense for the price.. it can get very pricey fast as I mentioned. Also I found all my food was very drenched in sauces, but everything was fresh and I would come back again to try some other entrees. Definitely not the best Chinese food but it's good for a quick grab and go in the area. Also I loved the fortune cookies. They taste like butter cookies :)

Just came here and I realized it's not a very vegetarian friendly restaurant. Literally all of the main dishes are meat but at least their rice and noodles have no meat in it. So that was a good thing and the only other thing I could get with one of those carbs was pretty much veggies. I guess that's good enough but very basic. They don't seem to have much of a selection in general and as it is all out I guess it's a gamble for them to know when to cook more and stuff like that but fortunately for me they were out of veggies in the hot tray and they had to make them fresh for me. Haha. So I didn't know that their meals come with a fortune cookie and I ended up buying this cute little panda with a fortune cookie mainly for the cookie but the panda was cute too for 5.00 but then I did get a fortune cookie so now I have 2. Oh I forgot to mention that there were these mushrooms in a tray - very few - with asparagus and they looked so good but they did have some tiny pieces of beef mixed in as well. I really wanted the mushrooms though and told him to just put that little spoonful of that stuff that was left on top of my noodles and veggies and when I got home I picked out the beef and let me say the mushrooms were amazing! They should consider making the mushrooms with the asparagus alone and maybe something else just for the vegetarians. The sauce on them was really spicy but they still tasted so good (maybe they can tone down the spice lol). I preferred the mushrooms over the veggies I got anyway and even over the asparagus. I found the broccoli kind of dry tasting but the noodles were good. I think I might come back one more time just to try the rice as well. Plus the service was really awesome ! And the place looks clean and bright. Next time I'll try to negotiate with them to give me just mushrooms somehow.

How else do you begin rating a FAST FOOD place like Panda Express... Well you start from what they are, a fast food restaurant. Overall the food is okay, the meat sometimes seems undercooked. I will give them props for having lots of options and the cute waitresses (Doesn't matter to the food, but if it matters to anyone then there you go). They're not the best I've had but they are great for a quick bite after shopping in the area.

Fine if you eat in...but be warned if you takeout.. Came in the restaurant during a lull and ordered two entrees on a Saturday evening. One of the entree's required cooking and was not ready made. Following my entrance a huge crowd appeared out of nowhere behind me. I was quickly asked to go to the front and pay for my order and that I would need to wait 15 minutes. No big deal. I proceeded to the cash and paid. I then sat down and waited at a table close to the cash. I could see about 20 people getting their food and paying for it. 15 minutes elapsed. A staff member reassured me that my food would come shortly. Another 25 minutes elapsed. The same waitress came to me and said 'We ran out of rice, sir, would you mind changing your side?". I was shocked. You mean to say I've been waiting here for 40 minutes, in that time you served 30 odd people, and now, you are out of rice? I demanded a refund. While trying to process a refund, another waitress glimpsed two containers next to the cash and said, "Here is your food, it looks like we missed it. Would you like to cancel the refund?" Are you kidding me? I said no and will never come back. The staff here need some serious training and frankly, the food is expensive considering the portions they give.

First time. Came here with my girlfriend because we were craving American Chinese food although with good quality. we found that it didn't disappoint. the items were fresh tasting and the atmosphere was nice (in the middle of Heartland Town Centre). only down side was that it was quite unhealthy - but hey not like I'm going to eat it everyday! so if you're craving fast food Chinese I say go for it!
