Just got our first pie from here , unfortunately it will also be our last . This was hardly a pizza. Got a large cheese well done. It was not well done and the cheese was really lacking … to make matters a bit worse , it was literally like fluffy bread with a little bit of cheese on top - I’m not exactly sure how you call yourself great Canadian pizza and you can’t even do a decent pizza … I mean come on this is high school cafeteria quality pizza , and for an independently run restaurant it’s just not acceptable .

Had a calzone It was awesome I’d post a pic but I couldn’t wait and it’s gone. Did it old school. I phoned them and it was ready when I got there. Added pepperoni mushrooms. Perfect amount off cheese and toppings a meal for one that tasted great. Would definitely order it again.

We just moved to Mississauga and stumbled upon this place. Very happy we found it. The pizzas are tasty and fresh. Will definately order from them again.

We planned to hold our port credit boxing club fundraiser event there as covid has been very hard on us Financially.
Made plans with them reviewed the menu and prices of the pizzas salads and beverages...which we were paying for.
Sold 60 tickets..that was the maximum we could sell. They said the time and date was great as they are not too busy.
Got a call saying its $500 additional to reserve it for 2 hours sun may 5 6pm till 8pm..no alcohol no food just to sit there and also 25 bucks a head per person.
That would mean 250 an hour just to sit in the business.
Now im scrambling to find a place in 9 days to go...thankfully i have had another local business reach out to help.
Thanks but no thanks none of us will ever go to this establishment again...
Covid has hit places hard and we are a struggling club...glad u are mostly takeout and have survived.
Im going to repost this on my Facebook page as i have 5000 friends from boxing Ontario and in Mississauga.
I want everyone to know how we were treated.

Worst experience ever! A few months back I was sitting in the parking lot waiting for my pizza... The lady who apparently worked there came up to my vehicle in a stand offish way and questioned what I was doing. I asked if she worked there and got very snarly with me. I then refused to receive the pizza after such blatant disrespect. Customers beware if parking there waiting for your pizza ... Might be more of a headache then anticipated. Not only are they a pizzeria but they are part time parking police questions thier own customers

This Pizza place has been around for a long time. The pizza has always been top notch. I can guarantee you anyone from the area will agree. The price is fair as well.

Here’s the deal: I grew up in the neighbourhood and Ive been going to GCP since I was a child - must be close to 20 years, and I always come back. But for the first time, I'm considering that I wont return. I don’t know how any pizza place can close at 8 p.m. and remain profitable. And if they can, they should appreciate that many their customers live 8-6 lifestyles, the hours don't make sense. But this isn't my problem today, it is just perhaps indicative of the restaurant’s philosophy; as an employee once put it to me, “we don't need to stay open late because we do so well with Mentor private school around the corner”. This is perhaps the reason why I walked in this evening, just before 6:30 p.m., to be told that they have no pepperoni slices and wont be making more because of the time and proximity to close. That is absurd, we are talking peak dinner hour here. I suggest the owners take a firm look at their service because I wont be back until things change.
UPDATE: the past 2 times I’ve been in, theres been pepperoni slice available!

The owners here are very nice people. Their pizza is even better and enjoyable. When you order from them try to be more open to having different slices. Because Great Canadian 🇨🇦has many different types of pizza. When you do order from here do not have a basic pepperoni slice.

As a local critic I am proud to say that Great Canadian Pizza is one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at. Very kind service, clean eating space and delicious homestyle pizza. Plus the price point is affordable for any family looking for a great sit in dinner. My favorite is the pepperoni pizza. With crispy crust, perfect amount of cheese and amazing tomatoe sauce, this is the best pizza money can buy! Bring the whole family. 5/5 Chef Alex~

The Great Canadian Pizza Co is located on Lakeshore Blvd in the Port Credit neighborhood. This family owned establishment has been serving up pizzas for over 30 years! If you're in the area you've got to get a pie from this place!What I ate:- Slice of Hawaiian- Slice of Deluxe Note: - Restaurant has limited seating. This is an ideal place to get take out from. The dough is fluffy, crust is crunchy and the toppings taste fresh.
