This is my favourite Tim Horton's outlet. I went to this outlet daily up to 3 times for more than a month when I was going to another office in that building for professional purposes. The staff here are very friendly and the menu selection is great unlike most other outlets. Also the prices here were lesser than the ones near my place in Scarborough.

An epic fail - a full disrespect for the surrounding and the customers.
The area around the store has obviously not been cleaned in a very long time. Tim Hortons is a very poor corporate citizen normally - but this is a new level.

Year 2020, Jan. Rating downgraded to 1. I gave a 2 star last year.
Regular visitor to this location, since the past five years. I'm afraid my rating for this particular location has gone down from 4 stars to 2 stars.
The level of cleanliness has deteriorated over time, I am not talking about the washrooms only! Anyone can see the buildup of grime and yuk on the equipment. Watch if you can see behind the counters the buildup of muck!
I have very often asked the staff to have the place cleaned up a bit. I have been insisting to any of the senior staff members to ask the 'owner' to hire some additional staff to keep the place clean. I do understand that this is a very high traffic location and maitnence a bit difficult. But then hight location generates much highwr revenue!
Now I go there only and only if I do not have another option.

Usually busy and seating area cannot accommodate the rush. There is no space to form a line up at cash!!! Really annoying when people just skip ahead. The place isn’t clean at all!!! MANAGEMENT please make sure it’s kept clean everyday
The employees were nice and friendly and got my order right.

Love this place. The staff is super friendly and the place is open 24 hours. I always take the coffee and occasionally timbits.
The washrooms can be a bit messy late in the night though.

The service was quick but the place is filthy. Wish they could sweep the place every couple of hours or so. Very confidently located and always busy.

Most of the staff are very friendly. The food usually is pretty fresh and tasty. They also bake their baked good very well! I have been coming here for alittle over a year now and only twice I've had an issue. The first one there was this cashier who was VERY unfriendly and another time they have gotten my food wrong. But no place is perfect. This Timmie's can get really busy so that is completely understandable. Plus every has their off days!

Great to have a Timmy's 24/7 with good staff. They are quick to serve even when the place is usually crowded. I would have given a 5 star if the restrooms were cleaner. Although it's a busy location but there should be no excuse when it comes to cleanliness
