Nasty stale fries slow service. Pizza is decent. Wouldn’t go there again.

Unlike many places, this Boston Pizza was the only place where me and my friends did not have to wait or reserve a spot. The place was very COVID safe as the tables were distanced, so even though there was quite a few people it still felt safe. Lastly, our server was awesome! I don’t remember her name but we came July 3rd around 9:30 PM and she did a good job serving us and those around us! As for food, I believe we should’ve ordered pizza rather than tacos because the tacos were just not our flavour type. Other than that, the drinks and dessert were great!

Joanne was our server and she was extremely courteous and attentive, she made our experience worth the visit.. food was as always delicious. Thank you Joanne for such a wonderful service

The service was very slow. The food was over cooked. Buns were stale. Will never goto this location again. Very poor quality in food and service. I would score this restaurant a negative score if possible.

Trash. I called this morning to confirm what time their kitchen closes this evening and they said 12:30am. I planned on bringing my fam arriving on a late night flight (8 of us) I arrive and ask if possible to order take out at 11:30pm and their kitchen is closed. They just make up the rules as they go. Great service 👎

Outstanding experience! We were a large group celebrating my sister’s birthday on April 9th and we couldn’t have chosen a better place! Mariana did an exceptional job of tracking a large order with multiple kids and bills…. lol. She was wonderfully patient and attentive and the food was excellent. Thank you, Mariana, and thank you Boston Pizza for helping us build memories!

March 5/2022 @9 pm. Servers were nice, slow because short staffed. Food was terrible. all sauces were EXTREMELY WATERY on pastas, some pieces of shrimp was UNDERCOOKED AND CRUNCHY. it was disgusting. Felt like it was cooked by a kindergarten cooking class. Very bad experience with food and of course embarrassed to complain with our guests. Don’t come here if you’re trying to enjoy good food. Chicken Parmesan looked like a chicken nugget ! Overpriced for quality. Only thing you need to make this place good is new chefs, which is everything. Good luck

Had the 7 layered ravioli and my hubby had the chicken mushroom fettuccine and both entrees were great. The apple crisp was also good. And the server who has only worked there 2 mths provided great service. I get better setvice in the dining room than in the bar area.

I had a quick dinner today at this location and ordered a burger with cheese and bacon. The photo in the menu shows a nicely grilled burger, looked delicious. I ordered it, and while eating it thought it tasted different from what I would expect from a grilled burger. I had only a couple of bites left and decided to ask my server. She said that the photo is deceiving because they don't grill the burgers, they bake them in the oven. The taste was ok, but Incant understand why they grill the steaks and chicken, as per the server, but unlike the photo they do not grill the burgers. Kind of disappointed in the food and the response.

I had the calamari tonight. It was 1/2 deep fried banana peppers, 1/4 dreading, 1/4 sqiud. Probably the worst calamari I've ever had.

I always love coming here with my family & friends!!I love the food the servers and all the staff are so nice and polite I never wait long for my food and when I bring my friends they all have a great time and they all love coming here!!
