Got the jalapeño Asiago bagel which is actually so good with cream cheese. However, I ordered double toasted and it was not double toasted and they skimped a bit on the cream cheese.

Me and my fellow employees gone to get a coffee after long day at job and they are old ladies who take your order and they are absolutely rude. When they take your order they start saying weird things the girl who was ordering said I didn’t even said anything i just wanna order for my friend but she couldn’t understand. She make coffee ☕️ wrong. We ordered 3 drinks and 2 were garbage. That’s not what we ordered. Then she start arguing that you have to wait until I clear the line. You just made coffee wrong we haven’t even left yet. The girl was even start crying after seeing this kind a behaviour. Absolutely horrible. We were having such a good day. I mean if you old and don’t wanna work then just find something else. Come on

Lack of things I just order just a turkey bacon club, “we have no bacon, fine ill have it without bacon” “We also don’t have no white bread fine brown bread. “we don’t have tims points at this location fine can i scan gift card app no we cannot scan at all.” Service is good I’m disappointed this is the first location i encountered that is so disconnected from the chain.

What a joke of a Tim Horton. Total embarrassment for the chain. They don't have half of the things on the menu like the bowls, sandwiches or anyhting serious food related other than the handful of options. No oat milk, or variety of food options. And the 1 stepped tea that I ordered with regular milk came spoiled and tasting like sour cream... What a JOKE... WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN AND I RECOMEND THE SAME... NEVER MIND THE SUPER LONG WAIT!

The service was really bad. We wanted to try Justin Bieber's timbits and the lady serving us didn't even ask us, she just put the ones she wanted in the bag and when we asked her to change them she didn't want to.

In general, all Tims at Airport are not accepting Tims Rewards which is not acceptable.
They will only tell you when it's time to pay. That is when Cx service is questioned. BAD Cx service!
However choices on food and drinks are poor. They only sell coffee, sandwich and donuts.
It should offer at leasr same services as would be in towns!
Also strange is that they dont sell Iced Coffee when they can sell Iced Cups or Cappuchino.

Terrible experience, I just asked for a cheese croissant heated with butter and it was like fight just to get it heated, this location has a manager with a DISGUSTING ATTITUDE not only towards me but she spoke to the workers like DOGS!!.... I'm sorry to all of y'all who work under that lady, i came with love, a smile and got nothing but hugs for y'all....to the OWNER....step your game up and get better leaders under you and not A sheep driver
