Came here after a long softball game and I really wish I didn’t. I was in a party of 6 and to start off the biggest reason for the low review was the service. The restaurant was maybe a quarter full and they were short staffed. It took half an hour to 40min for a few of my friends beer order to come in. In addition I believe it took around an hour for our food order to come. I believe when finding out what the cause of this was that there was a group of people for a bday on the patio and they were occupying the majority of the staffs time. I also believe is the case due to them being the same background as the staff. The wings were average and when I complained to the manager he remedied the situation by bringing more fries however that was not the solution. I wish this place luck as there was so apology by the server just the manager. This manager has a lot to take care of and I suggest hiring new staff or a large amount of training.

I came in to try out the ayce boneless chicken. Unfortunately the food was bad. Very bad. First, you can only choose one flavour each time you order. Unlike the impression the website gives me, which is dips on the side that you can choose. Second, the first order comes in 15 pieces and with a ton of fries. If you picked a sauce that you don’t want, well you are stuck with it. Third, the sauce is soooooo salty, I am not sure how anyone can finish 1 piece let alone 15. The fries also tasted old. Feels like it’s been refried after sitting out for hours. Maybe someone will like it, but I wouldn’t go back if they paid me $19.99 unless the food is significantly improved.

Ordered takeout, half the fries were burnt. I called to simply say hey, they are not even crispy but brown and I have to toss half out - no yelling or cussing - calmly. Kitchen staff replies they are on a timer and he checked them himself, okay, attached are my photos...look for yourself at their menu photos or other review photos and they are certainly not like mine...he sounded sleepy and non-coherent too... look, I'm not trying to ruin people's days at work or get a free replacement, I was notifying them I am not impressed and a simple apology would have been sufficient on top of them being more careful for other customers. I have a background in hospitality and now work in HR. Although I appreciate the utensils, packaging and efficient service, the quality of the food and customer service sucks and that's what matters. I eat wings and fries from St. Louis franchises all the time, was craving a snack today and $10 on fries isn't exactly cheap, and could've spent my money on takeout anywhere. Pathetic and disappointed.

I wish I could give zero. To starr the restaurant was empty, yet it took 5 minutes for someone to seat me and my family, and even then she didn't seat us. She told us to sit where ever.
Then it took yet another 10 minutes for her to come and check our Covid passport. When we got our food, I had ordered the Mississippi Honey BBQ Boneless Chick, a thing of Fried Pickles and a pint of Stella. The chicken was burnt and chewy. The fries were hard and the waitress waited till we were finished to ask how we were.
I had made clear at time of ordering mine was on a separate bill yet she still placed it all on one bill.
The vast Majority of the time she was playing on her phone.
The rest of the family their boneless chicken was chewy with hard fries. The Cauliflower was no where as good as the other locations. Pretty safe to say I will not be returning to this location. At least not anytime soon.

Arrived early evening for a Tuesday night, and restaurant was half capacity. Was greeted warmly and settled at the bar. The menu is not very complex, just remember that you will get what you ordered.. traditional bar food and fried finger foods. Wings were ok, until the second round. Then the old " we are sorry for the delay" tactic... 24 minutes for four wings which I am still not sure what sauce was on them?
Overall.. small and cozy, friendly staff, ok food, fair prices. Simple and straightforward....

Came in for a beer in the afternoon for the first time about a month ago, and have been back 3 times since mainly because of the bartender monica. It’s pretty quiet during the day, but she’s always so kind and attentive and so pleasant to talk to, which is something I have trouble encountering now with servers at different restaurants because most of them just always seem annoyed. I haven’t tried the food yet, but the genuine service has been great so far! This place has easily become a go-to spot for a beer

Service was absolutely atrocious. We ordered the all you can eat wings promotion at 1030pm, didn't get it until 1130, when we finally got it I asked if I could order the next round right away because I have a small child and have to be home soon, I was told "thats everyone's excuse, you can't order more until you finish these" fair enough.. we got checked on 1 hour later.. and when I ordered more.. I was given 5 more wings after an hour of getting the initial set.. and didn't see the server again.. all you can eat? Give me a break.. I can't eat if I'm never served! Finally left around 1 am after waiting another 30 min for our bill, many people in the restaurant were complaining and or leaving prematurely due to the service. The food was very overdone, we weren't given napkins or spare plates to put the wings on when we were done eating them. Absolutely awful, if you want a night out, go somewhere else. Don't waste your hard earned money on this place that claims to be a restaurant. (Side note, it was at half capacity so its not like they were just to busy to serve us.. more like to lazy and didn't care enough to serve us). Seriously, just go to a different location and avoid this place at all costs.
