I thought the Poutine was excellent. The ingredients are fresh and they have variety to chose from. The topping mixes are quite unique and the no-meat butter chicken (cauliflower instead of chicken pieces) worked perfectly. The fries were okay but not the greatest, quite skinny, didn't add but didn't detract from the dish. The service that we received was amazing, the counter person was awesome. This is a must try place for any poutine fan.

Haven't been in a while but they have more veggie options now. Got the nacho. Not a lot of seating and pay parking on the street. Even the back streets are pay parking. It wasn't busy and we didn't have to wait long.

Tried their veggie traditional poutine..meal size..and I must say I am impressed..it taste's pure and fresh..Comes in 3 sizes snack; meal and wow..they also offer halal chicken options..

Chain restaurant with various options to fill your poutine cravings. Not amazing but not terrible either! Would recommend the Nacho or Chicken poutines.

Food here is as good as expected, not over the top amazing but it's still really good. They specialize in a lot of meat varieties. Wait times are about 5-10m to get an average size poutine. The place needs a good wipe down, but everything is contained so the cleanliness matters a little less. I don't recommend a sit down and eat, but I suggest trying the food.

I had the bacon cheddar chili poutine. Really good. Meal size. Almost too big a lunch for me.
I asked about the "snack" size. You can get a snack size of regular poutine and choose one topping. I think the next time I'll have the snack size with bacon on it. That would be enough lunch for me!

2nd purchase from this joint. It was not great. feel like this place is going downhill. the fries taste like 3 day leftover, you warmed it inside microwave but it's not fully cooked. the place was dirty and the bathroom was gross. my son refused to sit inside to eat. will not come back.

Drove across the city as I really liked smokes. Got there at 9:30pm. The place closes at 10 pm. The guy inside says we can only have a traditional poutine. No meat or anything. Why say they are open until 10 when u can only get a poutine that you can get anywhere. If I ordered from skip the dishes at 9:55 I would have a got a specialty poutine but because I drove there I couldn't. This is not how to run a business. If you are open til 10 the whole menu should be available. I figure the guy working the late shift on December 3rd 2017 was just lazy and wanted to go home early. His manager should fire him. He is losing the company money. As I get smokes every week and now I will never go to that location again.

I would give 5 stars, but we arrived a good 25 mins before closing(closing posted as 10 pm, and doesn’t reflect hours known to Facebook) and were told take out only (not a problem, because that’s what we were going to do), and we could only order from the traditional menu. The guys excuse was they were busier earlier, honestly I don’t see why that’s a problem, as we were the only ones inside. If we would have ordered off skip the dishes we would have had it, but we decided to walk in instead. Very disappointed, and after reading some reviews not sure if I’ll ever order again.

Good Poutinerie but they could add more cheese curds in their servings. And although I am a lifelong fan of hard rock music I found the music to be too loud in the joint, I had to nearly shout when placing my order. Turn down the music and add more curds and you can rival any good poutine joint in Quebec.

Quick service but not a lot of room to sit. It can probably fit about 10 people. The employees were very nice and knowledgeable. The price of a traditional combo is kind of high for what it is but it tastes delicious

First time trying this place. It was ok. Portion is all fries. I know it's poutine but needs more meat than it had for the price. <br/>Has lots of interesting flavours.

Finally got around to trying this poutine emporium despite being Canadian I'm not crazy about poutine. That being said I was very impressed with the Nacho which I got you get a hefty amount for the standard size and there are lots of kinds to choose from. I shared with a friend very filling but the amount of topping can be a little extreme thus something I'd enjoy every 6 months.

I was really excited for a poutinerie to open in Port Credit and I’ve never tried Smokes but after trying it I wish something else actually occupied this space. Maybe I should of stuck with the traditional poutine but I ended up getting the chicken fajita poutine and it was very unappetizing. The chicken and bell peppers were cold, the fries were soggy and the actual gravy just plain sucks. This place is really nothing special.
