My parents wanted to enjoy a quick meal this evening so I dropped in to the Food Court at Square One Shopping Centre.
The whole mall was a zoo this Family Day! Rather than lining up to place an order, I used my mobile BK app and browsed the Offers tab.
Presto! $12.49 2 Can Dine Whopper Combo. Select Whopper toppings, select Side (Onion Rings), select Drink (Coca-Cola). Repeat for second Whopper. Select when to place order. Select payment method. Place order.
Line up at sign indicating Delivery Pickup.
BK app inquiry appeared on my mobile asking "While you're waiting for your food, let us know how you liked ordering online! It'll help us make the experience even better."
Wait time was 90 seconds and I'm out of here! Uber Son delivery in progress...

My friend treated us at Burger King we all ordered the same thing combo 1 apparently they made a mistake on mine which had ketchup lettuce and mayonnaise. The server was arguing with all of us yelling at my friend tried to lie about it was written on the burger. She was going to get the manager but she lied again. Very poor listening skills...She was very rude!!

This was the first burger king I've ever been to, so it had a lot to live up to. They exceeded my expectations phenomenally. The burger I had was the best I've had from a fast food place, and the poutine my girlfriend had was so good too, far better than the McDonald's equivalent. The staff were very obviously doing their best to keep up with orders, as they were very busy, but they were still so so good even under all that pressure. The girl taking our order had lost her voice but was still really friendly to us. We'll probably eat here again

I usually don't have much faith in BK's chicken, but I have been trying to get back and found myself really liking their Crispy Chicken (I do miss their Chicken Strips, those were really good), as opposed to their dreadful nuggets and the standard chicken sandwich. It looked good when it was packed, clean and the fries were on point, tho not as salty.
Service was decent, and was quite busy at the time of order.

Good food and (mostly) good service.
The 1 star rating is because for whatever reason, they cut off mobile ordering an entire hour before actual closing. Because of that, I had to order at the counter. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal, except that their rewards program currently only awards crowns (points) if you order mobile. I missed out on those crowns as a result.

Visited this location as it is conveniently located inside Square One.
The purpose of the visit was just to get the buffalo chicken fries. The fries took a couple minutes to serve. Even after the wait the chicken fries were not fresh. It was old, stale and lukewarm. It was not crispy at all and tasted soggy. So disappointed. The chicken fries were so good at the other location.
Sigh. They serve old food.
Next time ask for "fresh chicken fries". This will allow you to get hot and freshly cooked chicken fries....

Bad customer service ….lady who took my order were so rude ..i am also working in food restaurant u should be polite with your customer…if you cant handle the pressure of customers dont go for that job

I ordered 2 chicken sandwichs on July 4th, I waited more than 10 mins, and my number is 83, but they called No. 90 already, the staff forgot my order. I was disappointed.
