We tried this place for the first time. It was a bit dirty on the ground in some areas of the place and the plastic covering at the cash area is not pleasing to the eye. Our burgers took a while to make. But overall they were pretty tasty. Customer service was ok but not exceptional. I'd go back for sure but would go for takeout versus dine in.

Really disappointed, ordered a veggie burger and got a greasy mess with minimal toppings only covering half the patty. I immediately noticed the handful of old brown lettuce, i definitely wont be coming back.

fresh made burger and fries, local ingendents. overall taste is ok. however without kechup, the beef is kind of not much taste (salt). one great point of this shop is they offer all time one dollar for a ice cream cone, and the ice cream is pretty big.

I don't usually write reviews unless a restaurant is really good or really bad. This is truly one of the worst restaurants I've been to in the Square 1 area. I urge people to order the fries if you want to get a good understanding of what I'm talking about. The fries are always weirdly burnt black, or overdone and dry. It just tastes really bad. The only reason this place gets business is because it's right behind the Sheridan school. The worst part is that whenever I get the food there, it's always done terribly even if it's not busy. Sometimes, I'd be the only one in the restaurant so I'm thinking "okay, maybe they'll make the food good this time because there's no rush." WRONG, they always screw it up somehow, it's a miracle. It was like that when I started school at Sheridan, and it continues to be like that to this day, nothing has changed in the past 4 years.

This place is ok for burgers. One of the few places that you can buy a beer and a burger in a fast food setting. The service is ok, and pretty fast but the food is average. the burgers are slightly better than mcds. the patty was not very flavourful and way to small for the bun, so the first couple bites are all bun. its 16 out of 21 on our ongoing burger list. Also the pop was totally gross. flat and did not taste like anything we purchased, we ended up throwing all 3 away.

Really bland food for above average fast-food prices. If this was cheaper, maybe it would receive another star, but it's more expensive than typical burger places. It's strange though, because I could swear I've had Union Burger at Union station and it was much better than this location. Do yourself a favour and try the Burger Factory that's very close by on Confederation!

This was my second visit at this place. Walked couple of blocks to get my food before walking back home. The patty was ten times WELL DONE. Totally burnt, dry and felt like leather. I could also smell the burnt meat. I mean it’s ruined and was supposed to be tossed away in the garbage by whoever made it. Not exaggerating at all. I’m writing this review with your food in front of me. You guys just ruined our dinner and I don’t have the energy to take this disaster back to you. Totally disappointed. Not again! I was happy and excited to see actual poutine with cheese curds, it the chicken buffalo poutine was too saucy and gravy was ok. Their strawberry milkshakes is more like a strawberry drink and was tasty but not a shake Overall okay place.
