I have been coming here for probably the past 5 years and this was the worst experience. We ordered calamari to start when the waitress gave it to us we took one bite and the batter slide off as it was raw. I gave it back and said it wasn’t cooked she took it back to the kitchen to be refried and then gave it back to us. We attempted to eat it and again it was almost as if they were frying in cold oil. When our panzerotti came mine was quite greasy but my friends was absolutely disgusting. As seen in the picture you can see the brown oil all over her plate and the napkin she used to try and wipe the oil off when she put it on another plate. It was not busy maybe 4 tables in total but they seem to be focused on uber eats and skip the dishes. Im truly disappointed in the food and the service she even charged us for the raw calamari. To end the horrible experience we went to use the bathroom and both stalls had no toilet paper, my friend had to go and ask for a roll from the kitchen staff. Will not be returning

Food is quite good. The panzarotti is huge and full of cheese and pepperoni. Took a little then expected, but it cam eout hot amd fresh. Def. Not something they pulled out of a freezer.

We went for an after work dinner yesterday with my friend and we are still amazed how amazing everything was. The place is stunning and immaculate the staff is the friendliest I have ever seen. We tried their garlic bread, pasta and mixed salad it was delightful. I can not wait to go back again, do recommend this place. Well done guys, you really made our day with your kindness

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated. I received an incorrect order and after calling in about the error, I was responded rudely by staff without any attempt to find a solution. The spaghetti was extremely sour and inedible. I paid an extra $5 for chicken in one of the orders and only received FIVE tiny pieces. Absolutely not worth the price. It looks and tastes like it was made sloppily. I want my money back.

Pretty decent chicken parm pasta at a reasonable price—noodles never overcooked. Default tomato sauce is not sweet, which I like, and leans to the more acidic side (good to know if you tend to find some sauces "too tomatoey"). The people are nice, service is fast, and ordering online is simple (Ritual, easily accessed via Google).

I order 2 portions of gnocchi pasta and eggplant lasagna it was $44 before leaving the restaurant my husband and I asked if they added parmasam cheese and they said yes when we looked at our food there was no cheese and we had to go back to get cheese. Our food didn't taste good, tomato sauce was sour and the bread was stale.I do not recommend this restaurant, complete waste of money and time. I will not be coming back here. This was our second time here food was delicious before I don't know how it got this bad now. You need one Italian person working in the kitchen.
