Review Burrito Boyz - Mississauga

Placed the order over the phone and got my food five minutes before the said time. Finding parking is bit challenging as it’s a busy location.Burrito was good.

I am eating Burrito Boyz since 4 years and I have never seen this kind of service(rudeness and attitude) & worst making(literally there was no cheese and veggies in my naked burrito) they just want to get rid of the customers without listening to the order. I would never recommend anyone to visit this location. The owner need to supervise the store and the employees need to get trained with proper care.

Service has gone downhill drastically over the past few years. Always waiting an extra 10+ minutes in store despite calling for pick up order, its not even busy when I stop by. No communication from the workers about it either, no sorry we forgot or anything. They dont even address it. Quite rude to waste a persons time like that. On top of it all food went downhill too. This burrito is SOGGY despite being toasted on all 4 sides. What a waste of money and time.

I love burrito boys, but this location is the ABSOLUTE worst location to go to. Service is terrible and they’ve managed somehow to consistently mess up my order 5 times in a row. I now go to any other location as they’ve ALWAYS managed to f up the order. Last time I purchased 2 burritos. Neither had sauce (how do you forget sauce), so we went back to them and explained that both burritos had no sauce in them. They refused to do anything about it and would you believe these people laid out both the burritos on the counter - in public - and 3 of the workers were huddled over inspecting the burritos to confirm if we were right. They eventually realized that neither of the burritos had sauce in them - after doing the most just to confirm. Honestly management needs to reconsider who they hire because it’s a shame. This location used to be one of the best actually, and they have completely gone down hill. I’ve mentioned one example, however the past few times ordering from them, they have messed up my order and the service is disgusting. I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while, especially now that I’ve noticed other customers having similar issues with them. First time leaving a review and this has been long overdue. Hire new workers, there are people out there willing to work hard and uphold proper quality and standards.

It has been a long time since I've visited burrito boyz I've ordered a large chicken burrito with all the toppings. $10.56 + tax: $11.93 Decent sized chicken portion, the burrito serves 2 people unless you have the appetite to consume it all. Still tastes good, hits the spot! Under new management since the previous owners. Customer service not so much, if your craving a mexican burrito this is the place. Various items on the menu: burritos, naked burritos: no tortillas, quesadillas, nachos, tacos, fryz extreme, chipz & dip, sides & drinks. If you like Mexican food check this place out, I highly recommend this location.

I paid for extra cheese and chicken on my nachos and they put not even a normal amount of cheese and then put a quarter of the amount of chicken they normally do this happens every time I order they can’t follow special instructions I paid for extra cheese and skip the dishes won’t refund me. I found a bone in my food before, one time they completely forgot to put toppings on my nachos. this is getting really old.

I found that every time either I or my boyfriend go into the place to order, the people working are always very nice qnd pleasant. Also every time we order delivery we have never had issues with our order, in fact we are always so happy because they give so much for the price and it's so delicious. And the most recent time we ordered delivery we had ordered 2 lime jarritos and 1 mandarin, instead we got 3 mandarin and a note saying "we are very sorry we ran out of the lime". I would have been fine with just the drinks because we would understand that they probably ran out, but they take the time to right a note and I thought it was just really nice.

Always delighted to eat at this franchise. Being a local food supporter this is an exception. Server was being too cheap when asked to put more beans n corns . But overall was good. Was given warm drink and had to ask for cold which he could have initially

I ate here just now and didn't really like it... I hate those pre baked beans I added - they are so overpowering and make the burrito feel heavy in my stomach plus the texture sucks also ... I don't know about the rice but something was off I wish I tasted more veggie than bean- when I did get bites of the lettuce tomatoes and corn it was refreshing ... I have also tried the quesadillas before and I wasn't too fond of them either - with just cheese only... Hmm may not be a fan but may give them another shot with different options on the burrito and see - the bread was good. The service is ok

I usually love this place, but today I bit into something grey and rubbery in my sweet potato burrito that made me gag. I don't know what it was, but it was the size of my palm. At first I thought it was a portable low mushroom (wtf), but I am not sure. I should've taken a picture and complained, but I picked this up to go... Needless to say, the quality of Burrito Boyz has deteriorated a lot since last year. I will not be returning anymore.

Awesome burrito. Must say that this is my favourite burrito chain and the service at this location is top notch. They catered my stag party and I go there often for lunch. The staff and environment are friendly.

My Favorite location, sad to say the Staff know my name. Halibut Burrito when I'm feeling to be a carefree fat girl and Naked Halibut when I'm feeling to be healthy, regardless I'm there 2x a week. The Burritos remind me of a mom and pop shop in Mexico, so I relive my memories of Cancun, Mexico at Burrito Boys ; ) <br/>Shitttt, and that hot sauce though??? Damn, I can put that stuff on EVERYTHING!!! Love it!

Honest Review. The staff, when you are ordering in the restaurant are attentive and get the orders right. When you call in, they are HORRIBLE!!!! We have had numerous orders called in and picked up only to get home to have completely wrong toppings and meats in our burritos. And since we have a small child, we are always on the run, so we call in, but now we wait in the restaurant, because the time wasted calling the restaurant again to complain about another mix up isn't worth our time and money. Just go to the restaurant itself for pick up and order then. You will save yourself the headaches.

I have waited to long to write a review for this fabulous restaurant. The entire staff are extremely friendly and the "burrito artists" make the most delectable burritos and quesadillas your way. Also the sauces are delicious. The atmospheres is vibrant and the eating area and kitchen is always clean. If you like fresh flavours, great service at an affordable price you must visit burrito boyz! (5/5) My favorite location is dundas and hurontario. ~Cooksville Critic

Amazing and super filling burritos, great quesadillas as well. Definitely get the burrito sauce on it instead of sour cream (which they may ask) because its so yummy! I love this place.

Great food, decent price, good service.. I eat here pretty consistently as I work in the neighborhood. It's a bigger location then the port credit location with tables and chairs to sit and eat. The burritos also seem to be bigger and have more meat then the other locations. Awesome spot, highly recommended.

As good as Port Credit. Place is clean and the food is good. Portion sizes are the same as other BB though they have downsized slightly over the past few months at all locations.<br/>Staff is friendly and fast. Place is almost always busy so be prepared to wait in line.

Not like the downtown location!!. I am really disappointed with the food at this location. I am a regular customer at the Adelaide location and have always been extremely satisfied - I'm a huge fan. However, I tried this location thinking it would be the same - IT IS NOT! I ordered a small bean & cheese - (my usual order at the adelaide location), and it was tiny, I'm used to the small burrito being quite large enough to fill me up - this was not. So I tried again a couple of weeks later, this time I ordered the same burrito only large instead of small - it was exactly the same size - tiny! There were several of us ordering and my "large" burrito was smaller than my friend's small burrito. <br/>They don't seem to get it - I think they need to train their staff better, or just pay a visit to the downtown location and see how it's done!<br/>Also, they delivered the burritos and forgot one, so one of us didn't get to eat. They said they couldn't refund the money for it because it was paid by credit card, so they offered a store credit instead. <br/>Overall I'm not impressed. Next time I'll try the Lakeshore location - this one sucks!

Decided to try the 19 Dundas st. BurritoBoyz location this time for lunch as I've been to the one on Lakeshore and it was quite good there. <br/>I ordered the steak burrito. It was busy there which is normal as I find they all tend to be busy there normally. <br/>The staff was pleasant and I didn't have to wait too long before I got my order. <br/>That all changed when I bit into it. <br/>From the start I noticed that there was something odd about its taste and smell. <br/>I couldn't put my finger on it, it was almost like an odour of old socks, or as if something was wrong with the meat. <br/>It really started bothering me so I started searching through the burrito. I found a long piece of steak (Which didn't look like steak at first) that was completely black on one side. <br/>It smelt so bad and was so burnt that it came apart as soot on my fingers and that smelly soot was now throughout the burrito. <br/>Looks like they severely burnt that batch and instead of throwing it out, just continued to sell it. <br/>Horrible experience, I will never order from this location again.

I only go to this one when the other burrito boy places are closed in Mississauga. I don't know what's up with the staff but I've gotten burnt and broken burritos as soon as I open them up. Place isn't that up to par with the other ones.

GET IT RIGHT PEOPLE. Honestly the food is good when they can get the order RIGHT. The staff are friendly but porely managed and trained. Orders are always wrong and between the cooks and prepers blaiming eachother for mistakes Im torn between just going back to the port credit location and puting up with long lineups. <br/><br/>What pisses me off even more is when I get say 4-5 burritos, the paper bags dont have what each burrito is, so when we get home we have to cut them open to figure out who has jalipenos, or more hot sauce.....

Excellent food for value. Yesterday I went in and had the "small" beef burrito - it was enormous! It was very tasty and made relatively quickly. I had it on a whole wheat torilla with all the toppings - refried beans, rice, lettuce, tomato, green onions with their burrito sauce and hot sauce. <br/><br/>I found the place absolutely spotless - I know it's new, but I appreciated being able to see the kitchen and I could see that the staff was concientious about hygiene. <br/><br/>This was my first visit to a Burrito Boyz - I hear the other locations are absolutely tiny, but this one is quite spacious - there are some tables - in my opinion a few more could be added. <br/><br/>The staff was friendly and very enthusiastic about the food. Even the washroom was clean and well-stocked. <br/><br/>The menu was impressive - I didn't know there was such thing as a fish burrito but I will try that next time. Vegetarians will be pleased to see that there are options for them as well.<br/><br/>I wish them all the best.
