Review Burger Factory - Mississauga

First time we have tried. Quite enjoyed the burger. Patties were fresh with great taste and the toppings fitted very well. The onion rings were crispy and delicious. The tornado which is essentially fried potato slices on a stick or light and delicious. The only downside my partner and I agreed on or the fries were not that good. Delivery was within reasonable time and the food came warm. Will definitely go back in the future to try another Burger.

A burger worth paying for! The Juicy Lucy on fire is an amazing burger. We got burgers here several times in the last few years. The quality and taste has not changed. They are large burgers with freshly made patties packed full of flavors. They akso carry a great selection of toppings. They have a few premium extra you can pay for as well. It's hard to find a burger this good for the price. Orders are fast and staff is really friendly. Highly recommend. Even after a 15min drive home, the burger is not a soggy mess. The gluten free bun taste great too if you are looking for that.

Best Burger I’ve had in a while.The COMPRESSOR is something else. 15oz beef. Everything tasted fresh and hot. Will sure recommend all my friends about this place.

After a disappointing movie, we were looking for a nice dining experience to redeem our evening. Burger Factory to our rescue. Lovely ambiance, ample seating and an efficient service defines the Mississauga outlet of the Burger Factory. Tried the Crispy Chicken while my friends tried the Juicy Lucy and Veggie Burgers. The Crispy Chicken was true to its name, with an audible crunch in every bite inspite of being drizzled with sauces inside the bun. And delicious to boot. 😙 The Juicy Lucy was another winner for me. Took a bite and a rather audible moan escaped my lips. Ohh, that’s what sweet heaven must taste like. 🤤 The manager Abdul was friendly and helpful. He even went an extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and offered us complimentary ice creams for all. Any restaurant that redeems an evening marred by a disastrous Marvel movie definitely deserves a double thumbs up from me!

One of the all time favourite place .Best burgers in town.staff is really friendly and kind.a must go to place for beef lovers. Their juicy lucy is a must have delight. So as tornado fries.

Very quick service. 4 guys working. Ordered the chicken burger and machine combos with Vanilla milkshake. First time but won't be the last time! Kudos to the restaurant owner and staff on site!

This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a burger place. As someone who is not Canadian, this was my first time in the area and I felt extremely welcomed. The workers here accommodated my entire family which is a lot of people. The burgers were not only amazing but they went above and beyond by checking up on us and overall offering amazing hospitality. I felt so welcomed in this county tonight. In particular, the worker Roman was especially kind to us!Thank you Canada but more importantly thank you Burger Factory.

The food is quite good. milkshake and tornado fries were amazing not a lot of places offer tornado fries so it was nice that they had it. I just wish they had toppings for the tornado fries

Excellent place for quick bite , very accommodating staff ,last night me and my partner were on break and this place was full with customers waiting for their orders, I approached the counter and talked with chef and asked him if he could expedite our order ? after 10 mins food was served,

Ajax location. Expensive, dry, overcooked. Pattie too small for the bun. The highlight was the condiments. I won't be returning

my husband has been going on and on about this place for months. so when one opened up in Vaughan I had to make the drive from courtice. well it was the worst mistake ever because now I wanna drive there every weekend lol!!! it's the best burger I have ever had. the burger is so juicy and fresh. I had the juicy Lucy on fire I think it's called. burger stuffed with mozzarella and jalapeños. soo good. get the tornado fries also. funnel cake is also amazing and you can get all year around :) we have brought family members visiting from out of province here 2 times. it's right in front of Vaughn mills in the plaza. they beat all the other burger joints. especially franchised ones. I have been there 2 times for far. I'm jealous my husband works in the city and visits a lot. definitely give it a try you won't want another burger.

This review is for the Ajax location. Love the burgers but they seem to be going downhill already. Juicy Lucy On Fire needs a bit more kick...I could barely taste the jalapenos. I ordered the poutine twice on two separate occasions and both times, the potatoes were half raw. They were inedible and had to be thrown out. I know BF would rectify the situation if I dined in but it's a bit difficult when you have takeout and already left the restaurant. So I'm not sure I would return

I love burgers. Anytime someone tells me about an amazing burger place I go try it out. I've tried burger's priest, five guys, hwy 55, the works, amongst many others. I haven't yet found a better tasting, cleaner burger, than Burger Factory. (Not to mention it's the only place I know of that also has halal beef bacon). Keep up the great work!

This burgers are amazing and fresh burger meat. It taste really good and 100% halal food.

1st Time trying this Burger Joint out and it was amazing, The staff was Awesome Last Night i came close to Closing and he still made me a Burger i had a Long Drive home and This helped me alot Thank you Very much Means Alot to me, and the Burger was so Good and Fries where so good i ate them too fast Burned top of my Mouth lol so Fresh even so close to Closing Awesome, Thanks Again next time im visting I will Drop in :)

Queen West location. Ordered a cheeseburger with fries and when I got home I realized they had actually only made me a hamburger, no cheese. The burger was way overcooked and dry and the bun was not fresh. This was my first time and and I don't see any reason I would ever return when there are many other burger choices in the area.

Used to live in Mississauga and was a long time fan. Went back last week to the Dixie flagship location. Paid about $11 for a juicy lucy on fire. There was no fire. The veggies used were freezer cold, making the whole burger cold and soggy. Had asked for no pickles, and didn't see the burger being made. Sure enough, there were pickles. I was across the street eating it with someone else who preferred to go to Bamiyan, otherwise would have taken it back.

Burgers were tasty and the service was quick didnt like the tornado fries. All in all great place to eat.

Worst burger ever...Looks nothing like their marketing images

It's really hard to find a good burger spot all the condiments and layers have to come together most essentially the patty needs to be juicy. The Burger Factory is my favorite spot in sauga for it truly nails what a burger should be the price is justifiable depending on the style your getting. I had my choice on the Juicy Lucy with melted cheese came on a Tuesday night it came to $36 for two burgers one poutine and 2 drinks. We ordered from a gracious male and sat to wait it is clean and took time which I appreciate. Once done we got up to retrieve our order from steel pans when seated we were asked for any other sauces on the side how generous and left to enjoy. I was speechless once I took a bite so loaded with lettuce and more and the fries with smothered warm gravy with a Barbican apple soda to accompany this was a heavenly late night bite I won't be getting over. Before we left he came again to ask us our take on the food and for a google review you've got my vote keep it up!

I tried Chicken Fillet Burger 🍔 without cheese 🧀 , its good not spicy 🌶. I have to wait more than 20 minutes after placing the order. Might be this happen because of Canada 🇨🇦Day and they are not ready for big orders.When I brought it from counter, it was well cooked and tasty. <br/><br/>Sitting place was clean 👌 but I notice no one was assigned for this job to keep it clean aal the time.<br/><br/>Again I will not say anything about customer services and give them the benefit of Canada 🇨🇦Day.

This place has the juiciest burgers in Mississauga. Their 'Juicy Lucy' is definitely my favorite. Usually do take away so can't comment on dine in experience. Service is really quick which is also a bonus.

Came here and for 7.00 just for a veggie burger I was expecting more but I was underwhelmed and probably wouldn't return. wasn't horrible however it was actually an interesting patty- firstly because it was green in colour and almost like a flattened falafel crust in texture. It wasn't bad but I feel like it could have been better with more ketchup and mayo. The party was bigger than the bread but I only got one tomato on it/ I saw the guy putting 2 tomatoes on a smaller burger when I was paying so I was like ???? Also they don't offer ketchup packets or anything plus they don't have ketchup bottles on the tables or some kind of access to additional ketchup besides what they put on the burger. I would advise for them to have ketchup for the customers in plain view. The customer service is good though overall and the place is very clean. It's also halal. There is nothing left for me to try on the menu as a vegetarian besides their fries I believe.

They hate kids. I was there yesterday and had to change my kid on the booths where you eat because they don't have a change table in the bathroom. Then I asked for got water to warm my babies milk. They said sorry we don't have cups??? R u kidding me. A restaurant establishment doesn't have cups...Either that was a big lie or they are unprepared. <br/>However I must give credit where it's due. Food was excellent.

Juiciest burgers in mississauga!. This place has the best burgers they are fresh and juicy, I love the special sauce and the fries are fresh cut and always hot, I keep coming back for more.

Love it but gotta time it.. I love this place and been there many times. What I have learned is you have to time when you go. For example, weekday lunch time you have a very high likely hood of not cooked properly or incorrect toppings. Go at a more reasonable hour, amazing.

Best burgers in town. Wow Wow Wow !! That's all I could say! Honestly, before I tried burger factory the only good burger I had ever eaten was in New York. I live in Canada so to make the trip to New York just to eat a good burger is not reasonable, and that's when I discovered Burger Factory. First things first, there service was remarkable and the fact that they cook the burgers in front of you is amazing. The meat was so juicy and flavourful my mouth was watering just looking at it. The toppings were perfect they added an element of freshness to the burger. I think the best part about Burger Factory was that the burgers weren't generic burgers with average toppings, essentially you got to "build-your-own-burger". Try the cheeseburger with beef bacon hits the spot!<br/>I was surprised to see that the burger being pressed on the grill meat looked really fresh and tasted fresh and juicy the bacon was nice and crispy just how I like it.

Awesome experience. Fresh burgers you can create all your own. I had the machine dbl cheeseburger with beef strips. I kept it basic with ketchup, mustard pickle and onion, but I was still blown away by the taste! As a side I ordered the poutine. It is the best I have ever had. I am returning to mississauga and making a stop just to satisify my taste buds for this piece of heaven in my mouth! hahaha

Home made Burger anf fries. old school comfort food.. Remember when burger places actually make you a burger and fries. These guys do it well. Who needs 5 guys from New York. You will get a much better meal here.

BEST FRESH BURGERS HANDS DOWN!. Been to many Burger joints but this is one of the best! as you watch your burger being made anticipation builds. The basic menu is simple but the burgers are done right, hand pressed on the grill and so juicy. I felt the prices were in line with the portions and food quality considering the meat is fresh, I was told they use no fillers just BEEF!.<br/>Best to go for lunch since it's really small and gets busy. Compound that with the fact that it takes 15 minutes to get food. The burgers are really sloppy, so be ready to use a bunch of napkins and don't dress fancy.<br/> The food is really good. I love the Machine burger with Beef Bacon on it. Burgers are massive and mouth-watering. I have tried the poutine and I'm addicted.

The most honest review on here. Went to this place after reading some of the great reviews on here...biggest mistake ever. <br/><br/>The place was relatively slow when we walked in and the girl behind the counter was not friendly at all. She took our order (hamburger with fries and pop, which came to about $8) and then the wait began. After half an hour we got our food and it might be the most disappointing burger I've ever eaten.<br/>The meat was dry and grainy from being over cooked(I'm suspecting they may have mixed cornstarch into the meat to make it plumper) and not seasoned at all. The bun was fresh and there was quite an abundance of toppings put on it as one positive. The fries were okay, well seasoned, but a little bit over fried. <br/><br/>I'm not quite sure if the people who have written their reviews on here have actually eaten at this establishment, because there is no way we ate the same burger. <br/>Would definitely not go back here!

Hamburger. One of the most overrated burgers I have ever had. There was less meat, and more cornstarch. And to top it all off, the service is extreamly poor, and very slow!

Excellent cheeseburgers fresh and i got to choose my toppings fresh cut fries were crispy and fluffy on the inside gotta get the gravy clean place and service was great too.

My wife and I went to this location today.ordered a cheese burger combo..burger ok nothing special..fries were way under cooked.the worse part of our visit was the terrible service. The lady that waited on us at the cash was rude...didn't smile ...it was out first trip here and I was trying to decide what I wanted on my burger and she was almost bothered by this. Terrible experience. Her husband showed up with Tim Horton's coffee and was just arrogant... Middle east sour face people...I will never go back! Unless your are starving McDonalds is better , for sure service and a smile ! Don't waste your time or money...

Great Burger. I can honestly say this was a great burger, everything is fresh nothing is frozen and processed and you can taste the difference. The wait was about 8 minutes but its good to know that its fresh, I saw alot of people calling in and having their orders ready so I am going to do that next time, trust me you wont be disappointed, a great meal for under $10 you cant go wrong!

Soooo soooo slow.... The shop is small --- there where 2 employees and way too many patrons... Was it worth the wait??? not really...<br/><br/>Burger was very salty -- bun was slightly stale<br/>Fries -- they where not cooked enough -- so basically raw inside<br/><br/>I won't be back -- 40 minutes for a less than phenomenal burger just isn't worth it!

Juicy Lucy ON Fire. Everyone at work was talking about this place so I had to try it out, I went in and ordered a Juicy Lucy On Fire and the tornado fries the burger was amazing unlike any burger I have ever had I could taste the freshness of the meat it was juicy and filled with mozzarella cheese and jalapenos full of flavour and spice, The tornado fries were a crispy delight, this is definitly gonna be my new favorite lunch spot. service is also great!

Burgers were great, poutine and onion rings were just OK, but I wouldn't say the service were very good. The place wasn't very busy, yet the tables were all dirty, the floor was filthy, and the staff looked like they needed some sprucing up.

Had the Machine. Two 5oz patties with cheese and choice of toppings. Made it a combo with tornado fries (spiral cut potato on a stick deep fried) and drink. Awesome burger. Made on a flat top griddle smash-burger style. Nice crust on outside and incredibly juicy interior. Tornado fries were excellent. Light but crispy and different. Clean environment. Will definitely go again!

Not impressed. Went there with my girlfriend - terrible experience. <br/><br/>The young lady was friendly enough (to start) and explained the different types of burgers, we ordered and grabbed a seat. When the burgers were ready for garnish we walked up - you can't see what they have behind the counter (ie can't see the tomatos, onions etc) so the girl is standing there asking us what we want on them...and we're like...umm what do you have? she sighs and points us to the topping list on the menu. We sort that out. She made a mistake on our order and put onion rings on my GF's tray, we tell her...she says ok and says she'll bring them over to us. We start eatin, notice she put my burger on my GF's tray and hers on mine...by this time we're kinda laughin thinkin how bad this place is. The fries were ready so she stands at the front cash and says "here"...I asked her to bring them over to me.<br/><br/>The burger (patty) itself was alright (kinda flavourful, but the burger in whole was so greasy my bun pretty much turned into a sopping sponge and fell apart...it was a messy eat. I had poutine with mine...it was crap...just fries and gravy with extremely thin cheese shavings on it...and it was served on one of those small highschool cardboard trays to boot.<br/><br/>We will never go back there. Too bad cuz we like our burgers and woulda been regular customers<br/><br/>To the owner: you gotta hire better staff and train em up dude. Your smoke alarm batteries in the washroom were beepin too.

If you want to eat a real burger this is the place. All the other burger joints should take note. Try usingREAL MEAT not that processed crap they call hamburger

The Compressor. Just finished eating a compressor (one pound burger)and a poutine, and it was one of the best burgers I have ever had, meat was fresh and juicy, and i got to watch the cook press it on the grill. Gravy on the poutine is very flavourful but not salty which was great smuthered with cheese on top of hand cut fries, mmm mmm I'm stuffed and I can't wait to go back and and try their other burgers and maybe a funnel cake

Food is good no doubt but service is very slow for a fast food establishment - they were not following proper order in serving. Good food but there are other joints as well...

A man's food. I come here with my friends at least once a month. meat is really tasty and the pop is bottomless for only $2.50. hamburger is very nice and chewy. Cheeseburgers are way decent size and very tasty. The chicken sandwich and chicken bums is very good. Onion rings taste microwaved but still edible with a topping is sweet and hot. French fries is crunchy and deinitely tastes fresh. priced at night is $13.95 very worth it. Overall food is quite tasty, service needs no work, price is worth it.

This was by far the WORST burger I have ever had. Me my wife and my son decided to stop in here one evening, as we walked in there were two people in front of us. They ordered and we ordered right after. As we were waiting or our food 3 family's came in after us. After waiting 45 minutes for our burger we were finally served. Our fries were cold and bland, I ordered the juicy Lucy and it was terrible. Over cooked ground beef with no flavor. My wife ordered a cheese burger with fries and she had the same complaint. We couldn't even finish our meal it was so bad. After spending $38 for a couple burgers fries and pops we both agreed we would never return. If you are looking for a good burger avoid this place at all costs. Try C and Dubs at Dixie and Dundas.. Much cheaper in price and its the best burger I have had in Mississauga.

Juicy Lucy with extra cheese!!. OMG very Juicy and very tasty!! I would definitely return. The poutine looked amazing. The only thing I wasn't pleased with was the wait during my work lunch. My meal was well worth the wait. My co-worker had the 5oz hamburger and also rather enjoyed.

It was ok.... The Burger is fried and extremely greasy ( and im not talking about the cheese already within) tasted ok...I prefer charcoal bbq burgers. The vegetables toppings did not look fresh...I dont think will return..staff was friendly... but who cares.

Burgerfactory. Burger was dry.<br/>When the guy was cooking the burger,he kept pressing it hard with the spatula so all the juices came out of the burger.<br/>The fries were also dry.<br/>The onion rings were good as was the funnel cake.<br/>Probably won't return.

Fresh, juicy, delicious. I had Burger Factory for the first time yesterday as per recommendation from family members. I had the juicy lucy, the 6 ouncer stuffed with cheese. It was fresh and had lots of beef flavour and tasted like a real burger! Definitely recommend for first timers. The poutine was very good as well. I think the french fries are cut in house as opposed to the frozen packs, which added to the tastiness of the poutine. All in all, a great experience and would definitely go back.

If you want a burger done the right way this is the right place

Went there the first night it opened. The owner-manager was super-friendly and was very generous (gave us tea on the house later at night), was willing to explain the products to us. We ordered "Juicy Lucy" and poutine. This burger is stuffed with cheese, it was amazing. The burger was truly very juicy and tender, with high quality meat used. The special "factory sauce" had a great taste. The owner said the menu will be expanding and how his focus will be quality; (I will try the funnel cake next time). Definitely will become a go-to spot for me.

I took a bite of the hamburger, and a wave of sadness washed over me — the dream of having a great burger place near my house died a sad, lonely death. This is not a good burger, let alone a great one.
