Visited for the first time today for lunch. Menu was very affordable and they have daily specials. Ordered their Friday 6 wing special & an x-hot doubles. Opted for the curry wings of course. Spice level was on point, great flavours and textures. Wings were saucy and awesome. Overall great place with good service. Total was only like $8 (beer from LCBO). I will be back.

So I got the $16 stew chicken with red beans and macaroni pie and was significantly disappointed. The 2 pieces of chicken bone I received was drowning in a sea of rice. Not sure what part of Trinidad this pie was from looking so white and unappetizing with a sprinkle of frozen vegetables on top like that would distract from the lack of golden brown tan present when baked in any working oven or under a broiler. I tell you what, NEVER AGAIN! I will stick to the curry goat, doubles or aloo pie deals. We ordered lunch for 3 of us and each of us had a quality issue. The pack of currenc rolls was dry and stale. Whelp, lesson learned.

I tried the Shrimp Roti and doubles.
The staff asked the spice level and I didn't wanted the spicy sauce in my roti but on the side and the staff forgot it. I really couldn't comment on the taste without the hot sauce. Doubles were good. So I might try them again but will have to check my order before leaving the restaurant.
The only reason I am giving 2 stars because I drove all the way from Georgetown and couldn't relish my roti the way I wanted :(

Amazing flavor and awesome cuatomer service. I had the stewed chicken meal with rice and beans and coleslaw. I also added a side of spinach. Everything was bursting with so much flavor. The chicken was boneless and generous portion. Highly recommend this place.

The staff was friendly and the service was good. The food was delicious. I had the chicken doubles and shrimp doubles, and will definitely buy it again.

I’m always trying doubles wherever I go, these ones were just as amazing as I expected. They were salty, sweet, spicy, sooooo delicious. I can’t get enough. Service was also so fast. Two people walked in before me and I still only waited about two minutes.

The shrimp roti was really good. And the doubles were spicy just the way we like it. It's better to order ahead because it's always busy.

Did a take out, chicken roti and doubles. The portions were huge, the food was delicious, and the service was very quick. Awesome find, will definitely be back.
