I came here off peak hours and with a lady friend. I found the environment to be roomy and comfortable although a little bit too cold in terms of lighting. The food however was very good and the service was impeccable.
I ordered the trio of chicken, garlic naan, basmati rice and some chicken tikka masala. They were all very good especially the trio of chicken. The presentation was also pretty good. My only gripe was the price which was a little bit on the high end for the portion size. Actually think the restaurant would be much more attractive if they threw in maybe even just a plain garlic bread with a curry. it might seem like it cuts into profits but I think the actual surge customers would be through the roof, because it will feel like you're getting an actual full meal without paying more for it like getting the extra.

Restaurant has a nice fresh feeling to it, their decor is modern and feels inviting. Service was great, we didn’t know what to order but we were given some suggestions. Ordered the poutine, chicken tikka masala, and lamb curry.
The poutine was really good, loved the taste of the curry. The lamb was also very good, meat was soft and melted in your mouth. The chicken tikka wasn’t as good as the other dishes, the curry tasted good but the chicken was a little dry, it tasted like it was cooked earlier in the day and then reheated with the curry, I’m very picky with the flavour of chicken as reheated chicken has a peculiar flavour that I do not like. In general it was a good meal and I would go back to try other dishes.

Went to Amantra for lunch this afternoon with my boyfriend after seeing this place advertised by a friend that happens to work there, and will definitely be returning. So many options, whether you want their fusion menu, veg, traditional curries, there's something for everyone! The menu is halal! We ordered the chicken tacos, butter chicken (I'm basic, I know) and the goat curry - all were brilliant, maybe a bit more tomato base for the butter chicken but still amazing and the curries were not heavy whatsoever. Next on my list - butter chicken Mac and cheese, channa bhatura. Also the salty lime drink was yummy! It's worth noting that they have an extensive alcoholic drink menu and although I didn't try anything this time I would definitely hit this place up for a drink or two in the future. The owner, Div, served us and was very polite and attentive.

Awesome Birthday celebration at Amantra. Enjoyed the food and draught beer, their fusion items trio of chicken and butter chicken masala fries we soo awesome. My family loved every bit of ambiance, curries, biryani, butter nan and service. Their speciality Paan KULFI.

Good food and even better service. Went on opening night, something's weren't ready yet but their service really made up for it. Did takeout on another night and found when I got home that prices charged were significantly higher than what was on their website by by $13 in total across all items and they forgot to pack one of them.

I’ve been here both on opening night and other occasions. The service is always friendly, both times the manager/owner came out to greet everyone to make sure we were taken care of. The choice of food is large and will satisfy everyone. Lots of vegetarian options as well, we loved all of our dishes. It’s fun to be able to eat some of the traditional Indian dishes alongside fun fusion ones. Great place in Streetsville!

The food selection was unique with the favorable taste of the Masala Fries and the Trio of Chicken leaving a lasting impression. There were many items on the menu that caught my eye. I will definitely be back with my family to taste the fusion items.

Happen to accidentally bump this place as the planned restaurant was closed. The place is nicely maintained and staff is courteous. The food tasted great and staff was providing great suggestions to make the right choice. The prices are bit on higher side and they are bit under staffed in the kitchen. If you are going in a group it is better to pre-order and then go but a nice cozy place. Go for chicken chilli or Margarita kulcha. They do serve a good quantity.

Definitely the best spot around Mississauga to indulge in some nice, authentic yet modern Indian food. Had a pleasant dinner paired with their exceptional wines. Definitely worth a visit again.
