I usually go to other Indian restaurants but stopped by and tried their curry for the 1st time. I ordered chicken korma and palak lamb with plain naan and rice for my group of 2. Compare to other restaurants, portions of curry are slightly larger and had much more meat. Korma was spicier than what I have had. The server asked if I wanted mild and I went with it. Maybe we could ask less spicy or more. Overall, we had a great experience. We'll go back again.

I would like to give them 3 stars. Reason behind giving 3 starts is just the food. There food was amazing. We order Spicy 🌶 food and it was exceptionally good.
But when it comes to customer service they were lil bit lack of that. Lot of room for improvement. All the best.

This place is horrible. The chilli chicken maybe had 4 pieces of chicken in total, rest vegetables. Horrible food service the waiters armpits smelled so bad I could not eat my food disgusting . Avoid this place terrible food and service

My experience was good. Restaurant has a warm ambient, cozy atmosphere and smooth music is on which made a great first impression when walked in. Food is fantastic. Very clean place and service was good as well.

I won the two dinner prizes from this restaurant. I can understand that they just give one curry with naan or a rice but it was worth it. This is great way to make the customers. The food was so delicious. They are not a scammers. People just win the radio prize and think that now they can buy the full restaurant. If you want great customer service than first you need to be a good customer. I would definitely recommend the people to go there and try butter chicken and paneer lababdaar as well. They are too good.

I love Indian food so I was very excited to try The Flavors especially after it was recommended online and in the newspaper. I was not disappointed! The flavors were amazing, deep but still light. We had the veg sizzler. I honestly wish I could have licked the plate damn being in public. Very nice to see such a modern Indian restaurant. Must try spot!!<br/><br/>Big restaurant, comfortable seating, good warm servers. Food is very tasty & fresh. We also love the individual copper dishes each dish is served in. The place is clean and very friendly atmosphere

Came to The Flavours after work, so around 5:30pm-6ish, and there wasn't a single person there. Regardless, it's the dead hours before dinner so we didn't think much of it. The place itself looks kind of shady on the outside, but is actually pretty nice inside. A bit dim, but still nice. Menu offers up some tasty looking Indian food.<br/><br/>I ordered the Tandoori Chicken with a side of fries, while my buddy got the butter chicken with rice and naan. The tandoori chicken was done very well. Four solid pieces of chicken that came grilled nicely, with slight char marks and served atop a bed of slaw with a lemon wedge and onions. The sizzling plate made the dish sound as good as it looked and smelled. Chicken was spiced nicely and had a nice juicy interior. <br/><br/>Service was a bit slow and unattentive, but it might have been from sheer boredom with us being the only table. The food was decent and they do have lunch specials, so I might consider coming back.

Do not go here. I ordered a chicken Tikka sandwich during my lunch hour at Work, and the chicken was raw. It looked like they Took the boneless chicken out of <br/>the pack, marinated it but forgot to cook it. I had to drive all the way back from work to show them and when I went back, the gentlemen, who claimed to be the manager, didn't even apologize but instead made excuses about why the chicken was raw. He said that sometimes some of their chicken doesnt cook all the way!! Then he forced me to get something else, after I told him numerous times that I had lost my apetite. He didn't offre to give me my money back even once. If you dont Want to get sick, dont go here and If you do, Make sure that you check your chicken. I recommend taking your own thermometre.

Excellent food, well priced - two thumbs up!!!. Ordered lamb seekh kabab, butter chicken with naan, lamb biryani & chicken biryani.<br/><br/>Portions are appropriate for the price & are quite reasonable compared to the other so called "well established" Indian restaurants. I am well versed in Indian cooking too & have to say that Narula's food overall is impressive. Easily 4.5 starts out of 5 to me. <br/><br/>Will re-visit again for sure & will update my review once done.

Delicious Butter Chicken. I love the creativity of the team. Butter Chicken & Paneer Tiika both are common in Indian restaurants. But they make butter chicken wrap, Butter chicken Masala fries and since my wife is vegetarian options are available in Paneer too. I tried these dishes in last 4 visits & was amazed to see how the flavour & taste is so complimenting in every different dish. I also liked Veg. Kababs as appetizer& Faloodas as desert.

Great food. The best butter chicken, lamb curry in GTA period! Visit once or twice a week since they have opened. They have not cut quality for speed. If you want a burger in 2 mins go to Mcdonalds. If you want great food and can wait 5-10 mins this is the place to go.

Not the same. When this first opened we would eat there 1 per week. Haven't been there for 6 months. Went this week surprise wife got butter chicken full of gristl . Called restaurant spoke to girl who answered she said speak to owner (Sonny) he will call when done cooking..NEVER CALLED BACK...Very sad another restaurant that has tried to cut costs

Really good food. Tried this place for the first time and decided to try again before giving them a review. So far been there 4 times and amazing food. Butter chicken is the best in canada. Cheap prices and very good portions. Things to try out: Vegi burgers, wraps, lamb kebab , chicken tikka. So far i've tried all these and these guys make it the best. If i lived closer I would eat atleast 4 times a week here.

Honestly the best butter chicken in the GTA. Where other restaurants use a "sweeter" gravy, Narula's is authentic. Their paneer and kabab burgers are excellent as is their bhuna lamb. Have always experienced great customer service from them. Hope they open a location on the was end soon!

Narulas's is the best. I love to try the food. i am on world tour and exploring diffrent countries and different food.i got the tourist visa of canada.i tried here italian ,chinese every kind of food. i was missing the indian quality ,i tried in many restraunts but it was not upto my taste. then oneofmy good friend reffered me to try narulas food. i tried the food ,and one thing i said "waah bhai mzaa aa gya" it means adorable food..one thing i can say if you dont believe me try narulas food and you will love..."Narulas you are the Best"

Best butter chicken and best wrap. A beautiful and small restraunt. one should try there burgers far better then Mcdonald's and there butter is chicken mouthwatering.the best thing about the restraunt is the price of the food is very reasonable and family atmosphere.good for all ages.
