Review Gold Cherry Bakery - Mississauga

I ordered a custom cake and had some mousse cake the store. They look very professional. The taste is good.. not too sweet.

Tried a few of their pastries and while they are on the pricier side they are worth every penny! The quality really shines through! Beautiful, light and not overly sweet! This place is a truly wonderful little bakery! I will definitely be returning!

After seeing all the great reviews I told my in laws to order a birthday cake from here for my 2 year old daughter. We don't mind paying a premium price, but the service and the product need to match that price and we don't feel that it did at this bakery. They spelled my daughter's name wrong on the cake, even after my MIL called and confirmed with them multiple times. Once I was even on the phone with my MIL when she was at the bakery confirming the spelling with the staff. It is not a long nor complicated name. The cake itself tasted fine. Secondly, after already paying for the cake, my FIL accidentally showed up just 5 minutes before the store opening time to pick up the cake. The owner turned him away and was adamant about not letting him in yet. Since it was only a few minutes, she could have just offered him to sit down for those few minutes and wait while they get ready especially since he's a paying customer. The conversation probably took up those 5 minutes until the store opened anyway. Little things like that turn people away and make them feel that the service and the product does not match the price paid. The cake was alright but for the price, we probably won't be coming back here again and will be going back to our regular bakery.

I was surprised by this beautiful cake on my birthday, the appearance was no. 1 and the taste was even better! It was a vanilla strawberry and the most delicious I've had so far... thank you for making my birthday more enjoyable 😊😋😁

Karina is super sweet and kind lady. I have ordered via USA requesting for cake delivery within 24hours on Sunday. So she clearly instructed Everything on phone clearly and my frnd is happy that it “tasted as good as it looks”. I am happy with my purchase and felt assured throughout the process. Lovely. Make sure you call ahead before going there, they close the shop earlier than it says. The small desserts are so good. A bit pricey but worth it. The pear 🍐 cake is my favourite.

Words absolutely can not describe how amazing the creations from Gold Cherry Bakery are. We ordered a cake for our daughter's 4th birthday with a few tweaks (knowing she's a bit picky) and the final product was absolutely breathtaking - both presentation and taste. Cupcakes are phenomenal as well. Service is amazing and courteous - and extremely accommodating. Will definitely be back for more - definitely 6 stars! Thank you!!!!

We had coffee and a warm baguette, made on site, with butter and jams. Excellent! Owner is skilled baker and the cafe is spotless.
