Good Mexican restaurant with halal meat option. The ambiance is nice Mexican style, great place to dine. The food is almost close to Mexican food, taste can be improved.

Really good food and love love love the interior. They were really nice and even kept the restaurant open for us after closing. True authentic mexican food.

Ordered takeout twice from this restaurant and prices were reasonable. The decor seemed authentically Mexican and the place seemed clean as well. A Latin man made me a wet burrito the first time and it tasted excellent and his customer service was good too. A South Asian man made me a burrito the second time and it was fairly bland and his politeness could have been improved.

Best burrito in town. Always go here when visiting family. Love their chips too! Great for lunch or dinner.

This was the first time my fiancee ate here. We ordered Chimichangas. It was...it was delicious! She got full half way through hers, but had a hard time stopping 😅

This review will likely get my name withdrawn from the 'Win a Trip to Mexico' draw yet it will be honest. This was my first time at this restaurant and I ordered takeout upon walking in to the location on Leanne Blvd. Let's start with the positives...the decor looked inviting and the restaurants' location very close to my home with easy parking right out front so super convenient. I ordered a large steak burrito to go and the proportions were in line with the price. It came out quickly and was easy to order upon my arrival. The gentleman was friendly enough yet a bit difficult to understand his communication. I then dropped my receipt into the jar to win a trip and went on my way. Now the food review, less than positive...it was my Friday diet 'cheat' day and many of us know what that is like. I'd been looking forward to my favorite type of food all week and unfortunately was grossly disappointed. The steak was tough and bland with most all of the inside contents unimpressive in flavor and that's with jalapenos added as well! I had to add more sauce at home and even then it was nothing I'd ever want to eat again. I won't be back as my $ and stomach time are valuable to me. Oh, and by the way.....I grew up in Arizona and know mexican food extremely well. The outdoor stands in Mexico would shoo this place from the streets if they tried to sell this low quality of food there. So 2 stars only and I'll look elsewhere in Mississauga and surrounding areas for my next 'cheat' day meal.

Went in the summer of 2020, and the decor was nice. Ordered a number of items and they were all brought out quickly. The appetizers portion size was smaller than I had thought, based on the prices on the menu. The salt shakers were all unique on the different tables. It was a birthday and they brought out a complimentary dessert, which was very thoughtful. Lots of vegetarian options.

The best Mexican food i’ve ever try, the place is very clean and the prices are great. I highly recommend this amazing authentic Mexican restaurant, is far one of the best!!!

Just left from having dinner.. It was amazing!! Visiting from Virginia, USA but originally from California and haven’t had good Mexican food since I left Cali 4 years ago. Who knew I needed to go to Canada to get It! Horchata was to die for and the chips are heaven.. family of 5 and not one complaint from any of us!

My fiancé and I stopped in on our way bacl home to London and I got to tell ya... this place was fantastic! We started with Sopes which were something my fiancé had never had before and they were amazing. Then we had chimi's, which are not like your local chain mexi places chimi's... these were authentic and the best I have ever had, hands down. Will definately be stopping in again to try the fajitas �

Love this little spot. They have expanded in the last year or so to include nice seating, now licensed and finally have dessert on the menu (the flan is to die for!) perfect!

I came here tonight with a few friends and was very disappointed. I ordered a dish that came completely different from the description on the menu, I had asked the male owner if I could change this dish and he told me I could, but would charge me for the dish I had and the new dish I would be ordering. I found him to be very rude. I was very disappointed about the customer services and the only reason I came was because it was recommended. I won't be returning

Señor burritos physical environment is authentic and beautiful. Internally the staff are excellent and quick to greet you with a warm, welcoming smile. The food is out of this world and filled with flavours. If you want your taste buds to explode try the chicken chimichanga.. you won't regret it!! 🌶

This was the worst experience I ever had at a restaurant.<br/>I purchased a groupon for $19 for $35 worth of food.<br/><br/>Went to the restaurant today around 6:20. Ordered a Chimichange and a Wet Burrito and requested them to make it very spicy. <br/><br/>They were cold and stale.<br/><br/>How can a Chimichanga which is supposed to be a deep friend burrito be cold??? <br/><br/>I complained to the waitress that the food was not fresh at all and she insisted that it was fresh. I asked her to touch it to see if it was hot and then she later agreed that it may be left a while but still "fresh". I guess they may have just served us a left over from lunch time.<br/><br/>I then asked to speak to the chef. His first argument was that he would not give me free food insinuating that I was just complaining to get free food. <br/><br/>He didnt even offer an explanation about why a deep fried burrito was cold. I was very furious. <br/><br/>Was never insulted in this manner ever at a restaurant :(<br/><br/>I didnt even bother to order the remaining value of my groupon and left.<br/><br/>They should be ashamed to treat customers like this.<br/><br/>I purchased many groupons before but never ever had this kind of experience :(

Definitely one of the most authentic Mexican restaurants in Mississauga and maybe even the GTA! The only thing I'd say wasn't authentic was that their levels of spicy weren't blistering or over-the-top. "Spicy" was manageable. Service was really slow when I went but the waitress explained that she was new.

Had bookmarked this place and as there was an occasion in the family, the three of us headed out to try this place out. <br/><br/>The interior is quite interestingly done. The benches with tables, the decor on the tables, the salt and pepper shakers, the shades for the lights done with colander were nicely done. <br/><br/>Started with Veggie Nachos - the chips nice and warm tasted fresh, the salsa home made fresh, the black beans and the refried beans, the cheese sauce were absolutely amazing. The quantity not so much. Wish they gave more for the price. <br/><br/>Ordered a Veggie Chimichanga, a wet Veg Burrito and a veggie burrito. <br/><br/>The Chimichanga deep fried was done perfectly, the fillings seasoned done just right. Not greasy at all. The wet Burrito and the Burrito even though on paper were the same tasted different and both were good! One had more rice and the other had more black beans. The fillings of rice, beans and salsa were as fresh as you can get. No doubt all of them made in house and with fresh ingredients. The Wet Burrito had a very small salad on the side and it tasted as good as the best salad we've had. <br/><br/>The server was friendly and the service was one of the best we have had. The owner/chef had come out as well to clarify on a dish that we and the waitress thought was a mixup. But the mixup was not a mixup and by the time the chef came out we had figured it was an error on our part. However the chef, she was so soft spoken and calm. <br/><br/>If you are looking for fresh food and good taste and quality-this is your place for Mexican food. Hope never close. Coming back soon.

Really amazing. Everything is made from scratch with fresh and authentic ingredients. It doesn't look like much, but the food is as good as any 4 star restaurant.

A really good and authentic Mexican restaurant in Mississauga!! I wish I tried this place sooner. I always go to the Thai place beside it but I was in the mood for Mexican.<br/><br/>Plenty of seating, great vibe and atmosphere and the food was delicious. I tried the gauc and chips, my Boyfriend had the naked beef burrito and I had the taco platter (3 tacos, comes with rice and beans). Only downside here was you have to get the same 3 tacos with the platter but I wanted to try a variety so you have to pay extra. I got the barbacoa, tinga and carnitas michocan and this one was definitely by fav! (Pulled pork). The Gauc is really interesting. Not sure how to explain it but has a mayo kind of look to it. Great tasting!<br/><br/>Everything tasted fresh and real. I was really impressed. Definitely worth checking out.

Used to come here atleast twice a month.  the prices have gone up (25%) their portion sizes about the same, but they won't give you all the vegetables unless you pay extra.  Quality is still alright but there are better places for your hard earned dollar.

This is now my favorite office lunch spot. Everything prepared fresh and it looks like the ingredients are all home made. Super authentic taste (to me, anyways). Haven't even tried the empanadas yet, I keep getting the tacos. So good!

This place IS NOW OFFICIALLY DOWNHILL.. Been here many times but hadn't been here for a few months until today. I don't know if it's a one-off, but it was terrible. We got the chicken enchiladas and they were disgusting. No salsa, sauce, sour cream...nothing but dried out microwave chicken inside a soggy corn shell. Hardly any cheese even, and the rice was completely dried out. We threw everything out and won't be going back again.

This place is not worth it!. Señor Burrito is going downhill! The food is expensive for the amount of portion they give you... I ordered 2 Beef and pork chimichangas and the owner gave me a tablespoon amount of lettuce on both, I asked her to give me some more because she was being stingy and she told me it was an additional 50 cent, Are you kidding me? For lettuce? They want to charge you extra for everything even for something as small and inexpensive like cilantro. I ended up eating the damn thing and I was extremely disappointed! The pork had a fish flavour which was disgusting and the amount of beef was a joke. These guys are smart! They give you more beans and rice than actual meat. Being Latino I can definitely tell you that their food is a rip off and far from being authentic! Trust me... I won't be coming back! Save your money and try something else.

Best tacos al pastor. I loved their tacos al pastor, but also the rest of the food is really good, i couldnt finish my burrito, it was too big, their chimichangas are to die for, definately best mexican restaurant i'v ever been.

Don't go. Worst Mexican food in Mississauga. I'm positive they used canned chicken in my burrito. Go elsewhere and save yourself from this unnecessary dining experience.

Bad food terrible service. Bad food...my wife got a rash and I got diarrhea....I don't know if it was the stale chipschips and salsa or the spoiled food ....for the same money burrito boys....<br/>Service was also terrible

Great place for some quick mexican food. Good big burritos. All the other mexican dishes are delicious as well. They just opened a new location in Etobicoke which I haven't tried but I assume is the same as the original in terms of food.

I don't know what happened to this place. It used to be delicious, fresh and my favourite Mexican place. Two days ago we picked up nachos and chicken tacos and they were horrible. Nothing like the ones we have picked up from there before. The chicken was dry and old,the soft shells were not fresh and the taco was loaded with chopped white onion and cilantro. The pinto beans and nachos were the only things that were acceptable. I'm super disappointed since this used to be a great place. New management possibly?

The food was very authentic and flavourful and had many different options for toppings and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall great food and great service.

I really liked this Place. I was here for Lunch today, what a great Burrito, and a huge portion. It is the best Burrito I have ever had, I will definitely be going back.

Very fresh, but.... Judging by the mismatched decor, e.g. walls painted in primary colours with ethnic chotchkies atop, while tables/chairs are neutral 'n modern, Senor Burrito appears to be more of a takeout joint.<br/><br/>Don't get me wrong, despite the clashing decor, the place IS definitely clean. <br/><br/>Now onto the food: Toppings for the burritos/chimis were displayed behind the counter, through a glass, like Subway. EVERYTHING looks fresh and there are lotsa options! There's even the option of whole wheat tortilla and "spicy beans" which I appreciated and took willingly.<br/><br/>Burritos were brought to the table. And they were a fair size, shareable IF you weren't that hungry.<br/><br/>After my first initial bite, I thought, BLAND. However, I was able to taste the spice, so it wasn't that. Perhaps 'cause I was dining out, I just expected a salt-overload like most places. As I kept eating, I got used to the flavours and I'd say that Senor Burrito is probably more authentic than places like Burrito Boys, Fat Bastard, etc. And NO, I do not want chow mein in my burrito!!!<br/><br/>Anyway, I don't think it was the lack of salt, but perhaps lack of ACID in the form of lime juice on the rice at least to punch up that flavour to the next level. Otherwise, again, everything is fresh, lotsa toppings to choose from, and serving size is generous.<br/><br/>Would definitely visit again and recommend!

This restaurant makes me smile. Finally, decent tacos al pastor in Mississauga!

A decent burrito. Got a steak burrito, which was about the size of a small Burrito Boyz for 8.65 (2.50 more than BB). A little more authentic and tasty. Crew behind the counter was a bit sullen and could be a bit brighter to customers. All in all pretty mediocre but it's close so I'll go back 'cause I love burritos.

Just finished the chimmychanga and it is by far the most authentic Mexican food I have had in Mississauga and GTA. Will defiantly be back for more.. Chorizo you have been voted off the island

We tried the chicken burrito and the flautas and were delicious. The ladies are very nice and friendly! We highly recommend this place!

It's a great burrito. I have a chicken burrito every time and I've never gone wrong. It's competitively priced with Burrito Boyz and just a tad more authentic (without that beany paste that looks like kaka that BB puts on your burrito.) And you can sit down in a clean ambience and enjoy your food there rather than wearing it from scarfing down in your car.

Fresh to order, great portions, authentic flavour. I lived in San Diego for a while and had access to great Mexican food almost anywhere. Senor Burrito does great for a small takeout restaurant. Flavours are authentic, if a little mild for my liking. Have noticed that much of their clientele are Latino, which suggests a certain authenticity as well. Shells are not homemade, but the salsa tastes home made. Food has always been made to order every time I've been. Portions are very generous. Best value for money around the neighbourhood, and stands apart from the Tex-Mex and franchise burrito chains that are so common these days. Staff are very friendly and eager. Highly recommend. <br/><br/>p.s. have to try their flautas...they're absolutely delicious!

Nice surprise. Went for the first time April 14th for lunch. I was in the same mall at another store and asked for their opinion, and was told it was very good. The place was clean and the food was fresh. The burrito's chicken and beef were great. The portions were huge. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Rather Average. The food was rather average. My partner had the chicken burrito and I tried their steak burrito. Both burritos did not taste fresh and lacked that certain Mexican freshness. We felt the menu items were overpriced by a dollar or two for what you got. The foods not bad however there is lots better in the area.

Amazing! Fresh ingredients and super tasty. Can't wait to go back.
