I have been coming here for years and always getting the poutine. The portions are huge and the fry quality is great. The cheese and gravy are delicious. Highly recommend this place
Best fish and chips in the Mississauga hands down, great portion size and delicious!
My family has been going to Clarkson Fish & Chips for over 30 years now. We continue to back for the excellent food and excellent staff.

The best fish and chips in Mississauga! We go every Saturday.
I absolutely love eating here! They have the best fish n' chips around! & the service is always fantastic!
They offer cod, were very helpful during the pandemic and open on good Friday too!
By far this is the best and most authentic fish n' chips place or "chippy" in the greater Toronto area. I have tried too many versions all over the city, but this place stands out the most by a long shot!
Excellent local place for fish and chips. The portions are very generous, and if you are hungry go for the jumbo size. Prices are reasonable given the size and quality. Don't expect great decoration or ambiance, it's your typical hole-in-the-wall place that's been around for a long time. Fish batter is light and not overly greasy. Haddock, halibut, cod... they have it all. Mushy peas, too.
Picked up fish and chips on Good Friday.
Happy with the meal, quality fish pieces and well made fries. Portions were decent, but the cost of halibut was apparent. $18 for a piece of halibut and chips, with $14 for an additional piece.
One of the few fish and chip restaurants in the area (Park Royal Fish and Chips seems to have odd hours), so the wait was considerable. Approximately an hour and a half wait, no chance to pre-order over the phone.
Will visit again when it isn't their busy day. Menu is straightforward, fish (halibut, haddock, cod) with some other options you'd expect (fries, onion rings, chicken fingers, etc).

Clarkson Fish & Chips has become the only fish and chips in the Clarkson area that I trust.
The location itself is always a full house in certain hours of the day which speaks volumes on local ratings of the place. Also the pricing is very reasonable compared to other competitors by a mile! Staff are always friendly, talkative, and welcoming.
The fish itself is always made fresh and not super oily which is a plus from most fish and chips we have consumed. Just a claustrophobic feeling when waiting in line when busy.
Would recommend, but look to come in on non-peak hours unless you're okay with waiting 30+ minutes!
What a fabulous place. They have daily Jumbo Dinner specials , huge portions. This was enough for two of us. Selection of Halibut, Haddock, shrimp , even Mushy Peas on the menu. The food was delish! This is a TRUE Fish & Chip spot, not a chain. They offer dine in take out. I'm not sure about ubereats or the others. The ladies who run the place are it even better. 😁👍 This is a definite go to. Prices are reasonable, no more than anywhere else...quality is best. Thank you , Ladies for a great dinner
Best fish and chips I had in a long time. Real fresh cut fries . Decent portion of halibut freshly prepared not from the freezer
We are new to the neighborhood and decided to try this place tonight. It did not disappoint. The food was fresh and delicious, my kids devoured it. The service was amazing and the lady who served us was pleasant and welcoming. She gave us a free coleslaw because it was our first time there. We will definitely be back. Amazing services!
This restaurant food wise is excellent! They are a mom and pop shop that clearly put love and wisdom to their craft. However they can slightly have better customer service a tad bit grumpy and the venue is very, very run down. Aside from that, excellent food and some of the best poutine I've every had, even compared to Quebec Poutine.
The fish and chips are one of the best out there. The place is not about the ambiance, it's about the food.
