Absolutely wonderful! Came here today for my birthday and was so impressed with the food. I am vegan and it's hard to find places that have a good selection of vegan food that is also close by. This is by far one of the best restaurants I have been to! Will be coming back soon. :)
A vegetarian's paradise. We had a light dinner and was amazed but the huge list of options on the menu. I am a vegetarian so was happy that i did not have to enquire about the ingredients😀. Had Hot and soup -the aroma and taste was just great. I would highly recommend Vegetable Kang Pao with Fritters; the texture and flavor of the fritters was just right.
One of the best food I had at a Vegetarian restaurant in GTA area so far . Ordered kung pao , fried rice , bbq fritters were amazing but were too fried . Must must try
Giving it a perfect 5 because this is a go-to spot for my family (extended and immediate) and for myself. I've never eaten at a vegetarian restaurant before this place and I was skeptical at first because I'm a meatatarian. Their dishes have been consistent with quality and taste. Some dishes I suggest are:sao maicrispy taro dumplinghot and sour soupenoki mushroom balls (they're amazeballs!!!!)

Ive been to zen gardens a number of times now every time i go i have the same great experience. The food is amazing they have a extensive menu and many items i have not seen on other vegetarian restaurant menus. The staff is wonderful the manager is extremely friendly and welcoming. Great service, great food, great place.

Good!. Really enjoyed my dinner here with a pot of lychee black tea. I'm not a vegetarian, but the dishes were indeed good.

I frequently visit this restaurant, and do I felt it was time I write a review. The food is absolutely delicious. There is a wife's variety of options, and portion sizes are good. My favourite menu items are the avocado tamaki rolls, vegetable soup, sao mai, salted vegetable croquette, and any noodle dish. Thd staff is very friendly. One downfall of the restaurant, however, is that they don't seem to be able to modify dishes. For example if you ask for mushrooms to be added or peppers to not be included, they just convince you to leave the dish the way it is. It makes me think that each item is already prepared and just heated when ordered. Also, I've ordered items that aren't brought to the table. When I inquire about it, they do not recall the order and retake it. Overall, the food is amazing, but the service could improve.
The most amazing vegetarian restaurant in the GTA! You must visit this place and try the purple rice and the Enoki mushroom balls.
Nice Experience!. My RBFF suggested I try the Zen Gardens because it's one of her more frequent restrauant destinations for bringing friends to. So, off we went! From the outside, it looks like any ordinary restraruant, however, once you walk in you're surprised by the space and the clean lines everywhere. We ordered the appetizer sampler - and the flavours were incredible! I ordered the bento box and absolutely loved everything in it, from the soy nuggets (DELISH!) and dipping sauce to the fried bean curd and bok choy... the rice was so flavourful I was saying I'd like to find it to make it at home! I didn't really like the miso soup that came with it though - tasted more watery with a hint of some kind of flavour. The service was smooth but they tend to just come over with the food and not return to ask how your meal is going. But that was ok! I'll definately be back to try more items on the menu!!!!
