GREAT amounts of food for the price (even though it is a little pricey). Exactly what you’d think it was - a diner. Only complaint is they don’t take debit. What business doesn’t take debit or credit anymore? Guess it’s worth carrying cash if you like the food and realize the cash only clause.
I have been eating at Zeta for over 25 years. A few years ago they upgraded the entire building and it could use some more attention to the bathrooms again.
They only take cash and do provide 2 ABM machines.
Variety, value and quantity of food is always good and consistent.
A nice diner for a quick good meal.
Good value for the dollar.
A must go place if you are a burger and meat lover... you need some time to enjoy the meal though as it will take time to get a seat and as well get the burger .. but its worth it
They got huge beef souvlaki.
This place is good to eat either day or night.
It’s a Greek place that is family own. I don’t see much of this place anywhere else.
There seats are okay and parking are not that big, but it’s near the airport.
Overall = Good experience and will come back again one day.
Pretty much the definition of greasy spoon. But as such, it's not bad. Burgers average. Fries average. Salads somewhat above average. Open 24 hours so it's got that going for it.
If you're flying into Toronto airport, and have some time, go to this place. Very good! The burgers are massive! Good burgers and poutines! It's only a hope skip and a jump from the airport and it's worth it!
If anyone love food which should be refreshing and hot. The food amount is the best and the staff is respectful. They serve difference in greek food chicken and pork souvilaki, huge burgers, beef steak and more. Yes if you would like to love your meal with beer they have selections too.
Cheers may be my comment will support to obtain good food and its value trying.
This place is bomb for Greek food! My favorite is the chicken dinner! The lemon potatoes is the best I've ever tasted and the tazitki sauce.. There's no words to describe this creamy flavorful sauce that they have. For $14 this dinner is massive and the Greek salad is to die for! If u like Greek food check this out!
They really aren't lying about their claims of excellent quality AND quantity here! ZET's is probably the only 24/7 place around the airport area in Mississauga so my family and I came here looking for a midnight meal, as it was our only option. It was amazing, and I wish I had known about this place sooner so I could have come here other times I've had to stay around the airport area. Huge portions, wonderful chicken souvlaki and again, they are super super generous because given the size of these portions, the price is very reasonable. I had midnight meal and took home some for breakfast the next day for $14. They know their plates are massive, so they have takeout containers ready on the side so you can just go up and grab some without having to ask. Don't get the poutine though, it's a disappointment - just come for the Greek food and you will be amazed.
First time going to Zet's it was crazy busy but it didnt take long for me to receive my order. You get huge portions for your money. Also the food was tasty
I can finally say I tried Zet's :) after hearing about it for so long.
It was rammed! On Friday evening, not a lot of places to park and a long line up that goes pretty quickly. I had the gyros on a pita with fries. My boyfriend had steak, eggs and fries. Plus 2 drinks and the portions were very generous it was $35 in total. Amazing value. Everything tasted delicious, no complaints.
Really want to try the Greek dinner. Everyone was getting it and it looked massive! Great place to check out.
Perfection! Everything on the menu is good. The portions are abundantly generous. And watching them prepare the food even in the busiest of times is akin to the inner workings of a fine Swiss watch. Masterful.
Obviously, the Zet burger is one of the more popular items. It's a double burger with cheese and bacon... and it's big! My favorite is the peameal on a kaiser, which is almost like 3 or 4 small pork chops rather than the sad thin slices you might find elsewhere.
I also love the gyros on a pita. The tzatziki is incredible which is not only a staple on the gyro but also the oversized souvlaki on a bun - either in chicken or pork.
I've also had the pork chops, fish and chips, and the veal parmesan - surprisingly good Italian considering the place is Greek-dominant. Sides for the dinners are "rice and roast (potatoes)" which are seasoned perfectly. Finally, the salads are also amazing either as a side or a meal.
Came here recently for a veggie burger and it was actually very good. The bun was perfect and the patty was quite impressive - it was one of the better ones I had at restaurants and it was rather big too and filling. I was very satisfied with it and I will definitely return to eat it again. What I didn't like however were the fries as they had this odd smell to them and weren't tasty either unless dipped in a lot of ketchup and instantly washed down with root beer. The texture and the way they were reminded me off Swiss chalet fries which is a good thing but the smell of the oil they were deep fried in I think was a put off for me. The toppings on the burger were perfect and I finished every last bite but I didn't bother with the fries. They don't have a combo so you have to buy everything separate and it came up to around 12 bucks or so. Next time I'll have just the burger and root beer. I remember once I came here for salad and it was not that great and neither was the meat burger at the time but my friend who is a meat eater tried the veggie burger and told me it was better than the meat one as well. The fries were a generous portion. The place was packed and there was a long line up but wait for food wasn't too bad. The seats and tables are clean. And the washroom actually smelled amazing.
A normal man cannot finish this Souvlaki on a bun...
Zets is a place that doesn't understand portion control. My Big Fat Greek Restaurant would be the perfect description of Zet's. It's a trucker diner kind of place that is serving up breakfast, comfort foods, and Greek as well. You'll find a variety of burgers, sandwiches, breakfast food, and hell, even steak. The place is perfect for any picky friends you might have in your party.
Despite the vast menu they have, the four stars is really for their pork souvlaki on a bun. I've had their steak sandwich, which was alright, but the pork souvlaki is the real winner here. Souvlaki is meant to be a skewer of pork meant to be eaten for ONE person. But Zet's laughs at that notion by serving you a pork souvlaki on a bun that will make your lady parts quiver fellas.
The pork souvlaki is enormous and is grilled to a nice char on the outside. The meat to bun ratio is actually crazy as the bun cannot hold the meat. It's weak attempt at holding the beast only serves to embarrass it further. The blend of tzatziki, tomatoes, and lettuce enhances it further and makes for a damn good albeit, filling lunch.
This spot is crazy busy during the lunch rush, so get here early or don't come at all. They even have a security guard monitor the parking situation because it's serious stuff over here people!
P.S. Cash only but they do have an ATM in house.
This is one of the best places to come and grab late night greek food. The souvlaki dinners are delicious served in generous portions. While the zet's burger is a great alternative if you don't feel like greek food.
Amazing good. Open all day. Great breakfast food. Huge portions. Mhm we love there soulvakie and eggs oh my the home fries rock too. Can't wait to go back
Delicious souvlakis, burgers, and poutines! A great late night snack and great service
Delicious food for amazing value!. I have been coming here for about 3 years now. I am there at least 4 times a month. The food is absolutely delicious. It doesn't matter what you have, the quality is excellent and the food is delicious. The value for your dollar is unmatched. I bring people regularly to try it out and I have never heard 1 complaint. My personal favorite is the Chicken Souvlaki Pita. However, you cannot go wrong with any Souvlaki Dish, any of the burgers or steak. The pork chops are also an excellent value. Virtually everything is homemade which is reflected in the quality and taste of the food. It is cash only so remember to bring cash ahead of time. A minor inconvenience that is easily excused because of the food.

Great!. Zets is always so busy but its worth waiting in line for! They have a lot of people working at all hours so the lines goes by pretty fast! The food is cheap and the portions are ridiculously HUGE! sooooo good! always go and i always will!
Today I was went to Zet's after it was highly recommended to me. The look is very much of a diner, not pretty but it was clean. It's open 24 hours, serves the same things and breakfast. Also, it is cash only, but there is an ATM if need be in the restaurant. I order their specialty, the pork souvlaki dinner. It comes with a HUGE souvlaki, potatoes, rice, salad, and bread. The souvlaki was delicious, I am half greek so I know a thing or two about souvlaki, and if was good, a bit fatty but I didn't mind. The rice and potatoes are good, nothing special, just good and filling. I wasn't a huge fan of the salad, but hey, it's salad. It's also a good price, $13. Overall, for a HUGE, great tasting, and cheap lunch/dinner, there is no better place near the airport than Zet's. I recommend it.
Great food and lots of it. Bring cash.
Souvlaki on a bun 24/7. The best souvlaki on a bun in the city, huge portion always juicy cooked perfectly. Usually order with fries, but love the tzatziki and diced tomato . Steak on a bun is good too. Best part is open 24 hours a day so anytime craving souvlaki I'm there !
Yummy food and DEcor. Ive been going here since i was a teenager! The Caesar dressing in my opinion is the best in the land! I have never gone to this causal little place and not enjoyed it. The service is always great. I dont usually go up this way anymore, but when i do im always sure to stop and grab a bite to eat
I started coming here with my Dad many years ago.I love the cheese omelette platter, although every year I fly in (I live currently Calgary) the prices jumps. it used to be about $8.95,today $13.00, but still oh so good.
Zet's Resturant. My bf had been here quite a few times, he introduced me to Zet's about a year ago. I usually get the Banquet Burger it's a sirloin bacon cheeseburger, it is very good! they always have fresh cut topping to add on. I have also tried the grilled chicken on a kaiser bun and steak, they are good also. My bf usually get's the bbq'd hot dogs.
You get a great portion for your dollar. It does get fairly busy at times by being near the airport/businesses, but it's worth the little wait. We have always liked what we got, never disappointed. We try going every second weekend cause it's sooo good! If you haven't heard of them or not sure of trying this restaurant, I highly recommend it :)
Everything is made to order, so always fresh and hot. Also, make sure you have cash on you as they do not accept debit or credit.
Who doesn't like Zets??? It's just a laid back place to hangout and or grab a quick bit. Perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner; before or after a flight, the club, before the club etc. Everyone should love all 24hr eateries ; )
Old style fast service good food and lots!
Fantastic food! The portions are massive so share an entree with a friend - even if you have a big appetite - or order it in a container to go do you can take your leftovers home. It's cash only and if you want tzatziki you have to order it when you pay.
The line of cooks at this place all work perfectly from start to finish. BEWARE! The portions sizes are huge! I could not finish my souvaki dinner. Too much food, but all delicious.
Fresh food, HUGE portions, how could you go wrong??. This is a no nonsense, 24hr diner, near the airport. You order at a counter, watch your food being assembled in front of you, grab the tray, and take a seat.
I ordered a Pork Soulaki on a Bun and bf, Chicken Soulaki on a Bun. Both portions were HUGE, esp. the Pork. I actually couldn't finish the whole thing and had to take half of it home. Styro containers were conveniently placed on the ordering counter. :)
Sure, place is dated, but it isn't depressing as it's a popular joint with a constant flow of patrons. I didn't taste the Chicken, but it was apparently nicely marinated. Pork was yummy too - was looking fwd to eating it later for dinner!
Absolutely no complaints about this place. It serves its purpose!

Always A Fan. I used to literally live in an airport hanger at Pearson, so going to Zets was something we did nearly daily.
Amazing guys who run the joint. Love the food for its kitschy charm. Weather it is noon or 2am, you get great service and great food.
Not for the fine diners, but definitely something for the "Damn, Im hungry at 2am" crowd. Love the steaks!!!
Great Food Any Time. Zet's has been an amazing place to eat over the past year.
I discovered this Diner's Drive In's and Dives-esque restaurant during a lunch break last year and have been a regular ever since.
Their chicken souvlaki dinner is an amazing plateful of awesome! The chicken is always grilled exceptionally well and the salad and roast potatoes are excellent. I have tried their Zets Burger which is by far one of the best burgers I have ever had (but is totally loaded with fat and calories so it's a splurge treat).
The prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity that you get, and above all else, this restaurant is open 24/7 and the quality never lacks.
This family owned eatery is a great place to go to try a wide variety of different dishes.
The food is always great here, and it's fairly busy at all times. I just hate that they don't take debit! I don't normally walk with cash, so I just can't stop in unless I go down the street to the bank first. They have a ATM inside($2/transaction) the restaurant but with it being so busy and around for so many years it just looks greedy.
I can see why so many people like this place. I went for an early dinner and decided to have the pork souvlaki on a bun. They should call it "half a pig on a bun"!! The meat was delicious and perfectly cooked. The only down side, was the meat-to-bun ratio was impossible!! If you're going to have the souvlaki on a bun be prepared to get messy!! :D ... I will definitely be going back to try more!! I highly recommend this place!
Great food, large portions, very quick service. We both had the Zets Special for breakfast and it was excellent! Definitely will be back!
Fast food with a sense of family. Food portions were large, quick and delicious. 24 hour is very convenient. A definite recommend
Stopped off around 1:30 pm. Place was fairly clean, warm and smelled good. There was a large selection of steaks offered, but I took a Zet burger combo. It had 2 patties, cheese and bacon with my choice of toppings. The fries it came with were fresh cut and golden brown; no salt was added until I put it there. The burger was HUGE. Even after smushing it down, my mouth could not fit around it. Everything was served on a real Corningware plate. Not one of those stoneware plates that could survive an explosion. Everything had good flavour and showed what care and fresh made can really do. I'll be going back today after work for a repeat.
Great restaurant!. You'll Never Be Disappointed. Quick service and large portions. I would like to recommend ZET Burger Twin with Cheese & Bacon $6.95.
Staff wee bit grumpy, but my gyros was great
Humongous portions great food you cant go wrong here
So much food!!!. I went to Zets when I visited from NY a few months back and got the pork souvlaki. Lots of food and it was really good.. I suggest to anyone visiting Toronto to check it out!
Tasty and hugely proportioned. Saw the review on urbanspoon and took my cousin who's having a transit flight to have lunch over there. My Pork Souvlaki on a bun was HUGE and the pork tasted fresh and delicious. Will definitely go back if meeting people at the airport the next time.
Amazing food and hudge portions, a definit must try if in the airport area
Great Pork Souvlaki. It was one of those odd days I was in Mississauga and wanted to try out some different kind of food fare. Friend told me about a diner/Greek restaurant which took a bit to find, but well worth it.
I had their Famous Pork Souvlaki which when it looks on the picture looks tiny for the price $12, but after getting it it looks so much larger.
The dish was quite good, but you need to mix it around, otherwise if you eat just the pork alone it will be tough and salty, I mix it around with the sauce and the rice and veggies (skipped the potatoes not that they were bad but I am not too fond of potatoes).
Considering the amount, I didn't even feel icky or bloated at the end, I was surprised. Generally when I eat that much food I feel icky and bleh after the meal. This means the portion was pretty much on tack (well minus the potatoes since I didn't finish them)
Will definitely go there again if I am in the area, too bad there is no free wi-fi.
This is a heartier alternative to Williams if I need to wait for someone at the airport and I need to eat a meal before picking them up.
Great portions and always open. 24 hours breakfast, mainly Greek food otherwise
My family and I really love this restaurant, we drive across the city for the GREAT food and HUGE portions. Try it once and you to will become a regular.
Always open. Great if you work midnights in the airport area as lunch spots are hard to find 24 hrs
I LOVE Zet's!! It's a super far drive for me to get there but it's totally worth the long trip out to Pearson airport for their burgers and chicken souvlaki. They make a great Tzatziki sauce and you can put the sauce on your burger too! (I substitute it for mayonnaise and ketchup in my burger). The portions are HUGE and you really get bang for your buck there.
Odd for a 24 hr restaurant but Zets is well-known for their steak. When you walk in and line up you are able to see the meat ageing in refrigerated vacuum packs. Above is the 16oz which was the medium size done medium rare. The steak was very juicy and tender but had some 'chew' to it like the way a New York is supposed to be. I would say this is an American diner-style good wholesome steak. Its $22.95 and for what you get, I thought it was a pretty good price! Also important to add is that the bacon bits and dressing tastes home-made.
The patties are frozen and industrially produced. If you are seeking a hamburger worth going out of your way for, turn back now. These are not the droids you’re looking for.
On my way to dropping my cousin off at the airport, we stopped at Zets for some lunch. I've only been here once before, and was surprised that their decor hasn't changed. The menu display still looked like it was from the 80's. But it has been around for a long long time, and it must be because of the food!
My cousin got the pork souvlaki dinner. It was huge! The pork was really juicy. I tried some of the potatoes and they were yummy too.
I wasn't very hungry, so I only got a burger. It was pretty good and they had a lot of topping choices. They were pretty efficient too with the cooking and made everything fresh (not frozen).
We were staying at a hotel near pearson airport and ended up ordering from this restaurant from skip the dishes. We got the hot dog, chicken dinner and pork sandwich.
There was obviously a markup in price compared to ordering directly from the restaurant however, we didn't want to leave the hotel.
The food was great portions and good bang for your buck even with the markups.
The meat was a little dry but the portions were great!
I've been here a lot of times and always left satisfied. food tastes great and really fills you up. one thing is they had all day breakfast before but i didn't see it this time. usually i prefer getting the breakfast options like steak with eggs and home fries.
When ever I'm near the airport and hungry this place is my go to. From delicious burgers to amazing chicken souvlaki pitas, stakes grilled to perfection and great breakfast Zets has something for everyone. The portions here are legendary, the chicken souvlaki pita is stuffed with huge chuncks of juicy chicken breast, tzatziki and lots of onions. My wife's gets the chicken souvlaki dinner and the plate is filled rice, potatoes and salad enough for for 2. If your near Pearson airport and hungry please do your self a favor and stop in you won't be disappointed!!
OMG why didn't we find this place sooner??? A friend told us about this place and we're grateful. I had the pork souvlaki dinner and my husband had the chicken on salad. HUGE portion. Come ready to eat. The line was long, but it moves quickly. Everything we saw people getting looked delicious. We'll be going back.
The location of this place is amazing! Right by the airport. The souvlaki dinner here is absolutely amazing! It’s always served fresh off the grill and the potatoes are absolutely to die for!
This restaurant is closed on Mondays and doesn’t do breakfast anymore but their Greek food is one of the best in the city! If you are near by this is totally worth the stop!
Ps the olives in the salad are amazing. Tastes like the ones from Greece 🇬🇷 and I think the tzatziki is made fresh in house
Giving it 4 stars because it’s cash only and their ATM’s take a huge surcharge.
I used to love this place when it was open 24hrs. Since Covid they have regular hours. I remember it used to be packed at like 2-3 am before Covid. Fun times.
I usually always get the chicken souvlaki. It’s amazing from Zet’s. The portion size is huge and their tzatziki sauce is good. I think their food is 5 stars though.
Dining room is clean but dated.
Decent amount of parking outside as well.
Service is good, they have like 10-15 guys working behind the bar, everyone doing a specific job. They are all friendly. Have never had a bad experience in that regard.
If they were open 24hrs again and took all forms of payment - I’d give 5 stars.
The food is delicious, always made fresh! Generous portions and friendly service. The restaurant has indoor and recently added outdoor seating as well. Conveniently located close to Pearson airport, you will not be disappointed!!
