When I found out that the Wee chippie was back in business in Mission I was very happy. I have been there many times and usually order a one piece cod and chips for around $8. The piece of cod is large and every time I have been there it was very good. The chips are good but sometimes hit and miss. Last time I was there about half the chips were very greasy and inedible. If they would fix that part it would be an improvement.

Thank goodness they're back. These are the original owners of the Wee Chippie back when the food was EXCELLENT. Their new location is bright, spacious and exceptionally clean. I usually have the cod and chips. The batter is light and crispy and there is a lot of cod in there, not all batter. The chips are the real thing and always fresh. My husband often has the salmon and chips too. The price is certainly reasonable and the portions are generous. Service is always quick and friendly. If you enjoy good fish and chips, this is the place to go.
