Review Booster Juice - Milton

I never write reviews but I felt the need to since my kids and I always have a positive experience at this location. I think these employees need some recognition! I absolutely love this location compared to the other ones I’ve visited. The staff is so friendly and treat us awesome, doesn’t matter when I come! It is normal for people to have bad days, remember, kindness is a two way street! These are difficult times, it is important to give respect to get respect. Great job kids! Keep it up.

This is one of the WORST booster juice locations I've been to in my entire existence of life. I only go here because my girlfriend works in the plaza and I drive her to work. I get the same thing every booster juice I go to banana - a - whey in regular size with hemp hearts. That taste amazing but at this location it always taste extremely bitter and fresh as if they never added enough banana or ice cream or whatever they add. When I get it the cup is never filled. At other locations I get my drink full to the brim. Not acceptable. And to top it off one of the female workers told me "have a good night" it was 11am! What she talking about have a good night, the sun was bright in the sky shining and its clearly still morning time. That really ticked me off. Never going to this location again, not worth the money, time or effort! Avoid at all costs!!

When I walked into the booster juice today, I was welcomed kindly by a girl with black hair and blonde highlights. Immediately it made me feel welcome into the store, alongside her coworker. She made my drink well and was very kind to me through the whole experience and didn’t shoot me any dirty looks and was extremely patient with me. Overall it was a good experience, definitely coming again!

I have never written a review before but I feel like I need to for this Booster Juice. The smoothies are delicious however I can’t help but notice that every visit, the workers don’t look happy; They don’t look like they enjoy working there. I have asked one of the employees about this and he said it’s due to poor treatment from their boss. This is a problem for their mental health and costumer experiences. I ask of the boss to please treat your employees like you would with costumers. There is enough negativity going around due to Covid alone, there is no need to cause more stress on your employees that are doing their best to help keep your business going. A lot of places are in need right now and how you treat your employees is very crucial!

I was here at 9:40pm on Monday March 14, the location closes at 10! I was outside waiting since the employee had locked the door before closing time! I waited for 15 minutes before leaving. In that time the employee was coming and saw me then turned away. I even knocked and still she did not return. At the end I was waiting with another customer who came at 9:50, the employee came out from the back again and closed the lights after seeing us standing outside! This was at 9:55. This is not how business is run! Unexceptable!

I get a Hail to the Kale juice all the time at many different booster juice locations. It’s always a vibrant green colour. It’s not always the same green colour but it’s GREEN none the less. This was the first time I got this juice at this location and it came out red/brown. I told them it’s supposed to be green and I had to ask them if they even out enough kale in it. Instead of realizing the mistake and fixing the problem she said it had all the same ingredients in it like she couldn’t be bothered with my concern. Just because it has the same ingredients doesn’t mean they put the right amount. I also think they put beets in there too because it’s SO red when the drink settles. Not impressed with the service I received today. The girl looked bored to be there and wasn’t very friendly at all. I will avoid this location in the future. I’d rather starve.

Awful staff. They talked about their personal life the entire time while swearing and saying inappropriate things in front of my child and when I asked for a straw the girl looked at me and threw it on the counter. No “here you go” or “sure no problem”, just threw it and gave me a cut eye. I am genuinely shocked. How do they have a job?!?! Will NEVER go here again. Truly gross business culture.

Jaeden and Gemma were very hospitable during my short visit. It was busy when I got there but Jaeden was prompt and polite to receive me and take my order. While he prepped the ingredients for my smoothie, he was excellent at keeping the conversation going. When I decided to add a couple of snacks to my order, Gemma seamlessly took over my smoothie so I wouldn’t experience any delays. Stand out service and lovely people who smiled throughout. Trust me, if I can tell with their masks on, they were doing it. 10/10 can’t wait to go back.

I just recently started going but I am booked...my fav is the Mauii Juice & Babangida Burst protein drink. I am trying to put on weight so the protein drinks are a daily must

First time going to booster juice. The lady helped me and out described the most popular. Then all the boosts. Lovely! Will definitely go back again to try something else. (:
