Terrible service. I purchased gift cards to be given as gifts, and they failed to tell me beforehand that they didnot have jackets for it. Also the manager lady was rude with the customers and especially with the trainee. Instead of helping her along, she just kept barking incomplete answers to her questions.
Also they were so slowwww. Like a snail. Bought 2 cones and was in there for 30 mins. Only customer. Ice cream was good though.

Great service, Emily and Adam scooped ice cream like they were pros. Always happy and smiling, it was a delight to get served by them. Would highly recommend going here.

Ridiculous service!
The lady serving ice cream named Farida was very rude.
I asked at 10.30pm on 9th July for Milk shake and she responded rudely that she cannot do it 30 min before closing. She even refused to make second custom layered sundae requested for my guest.
It looks like servers don't care about customers and not willing to serve with passion and care.
Big chain but unprofessional employees.

Sooo many flavours. It is hard to choose because they are all so tasty. This location has great service... always quick and friendly even when they are busy.

Great costumer services. The store is open to the public. They have plenty variety of ice cream 🍦 and frozen cakes 🎂
They sale family pack of ice cream too.
No public washroom available at the store. Great location inside on the plaza. Close to dollarama, bank, supermarket, LCBO.
Public transportation past just in front of the plaza.
The store is follow the COVID 19 health protocol 😷 you have to wear mask all the time and only 2 costumer will be inside at the same time.
The store is open 7 days and during winter time.

Waited a good 5-10 minutes to be served. Bought an ice cream cake, very small, extremely expensive and way too sweet to be edible. Disappointed.
