Review Tim Hortons - Milton

Tim Hortons @ Milton's Super Store - Worst customer service. Asked the employee for 5 well-toasted but NOT BURNED bagles, but she gave me a fully BURNED/BLACK from inside bagles. Kids were too hungry to wait so I went back with 2 of the 5. The same employee started to lecture me about single or double toasted though I hadn't said anything about double toasted when made the order. Also, when I made the $31.38 order (5 bagles + 5 muffins + 3 FV) , I immediately requested for a swap of 2 muffins (out of the 5) with 2 chocolate chip cookies willing to pay any difference but she REFUSED to do so - sorry can't do it!!!!! Never going back again!!!!

This small store makes the best coffee out of all the Tim Hortons in Milton, you always get what you ask for, the service at times could be better, but I have never had a bad experience here. Very convenient location as well, I always grab a coffee before going grocery shopping next door.

Got the timbiebs from this location the day they came out. Though it’s a small location, they usually have what I’m looking for whether it be donuts, timbits, bagels, coffee, etc. Service is also excellent!

This is the Superstore timmy branch in Milton ON. Look how the donuts came out from the paper pouch. The top sticks to the paper such that the chocolate topping is messed up. Please observe more sanitary procedures and improve your service!!! Purchased July 9 2021 at 0922am - you can do better than this.

Poor service.they see you then go hide in the back for 5 mins then act like they never saw you staff Is ignorant and don’t care. That why they work at Tim’s. Tims only hires rude people

This location does not have an espresso machine, so don't expect any lattes.

Although it is very small, it is just a regular Tim Horton's. I come here once a week. Their apple fritters are tasty.

Beside the superstore. Not a full menu Tim, does not have Latte/Capaccino etc.
