I went here at almost 11pm at night. Two guys work there who make good pizza..not overcooked, not undercooked. Perfect amount of cheese and pepperoni. Reminds me of a cross between pizza in Italy and American Italian pizza. Not too light, not too heavy. Just perfect! They have a good walk in special too

My favourite pizza store. Pizza is thin and crunchy, just the right amount of sauce and flavour :) i usually get the slices (diavola, canadian, etc)

I ordered from Pizza Nova before and it was actually pretty good. The last two times I ordered it was the worst pizza I've ever ate, very hard and chewy. Id anyone who works there eat this? I wonder if this is because Pizza Nova wants to make the dough healthier or so? If it is please don't.
I will never order from this location in Milton again. If anyone from head office read these comments please go and try that pizza. I can youtube it better than you guys, I am sorry but that is the truth.

Pizza Nova pizza is the Best so far. 25 years in Canada we always loved Pizza Nova. The taste of sauce and crispness of the crust is amazing. Also, they put the toppings generously as compared to some other chains out there. My favourite is spinach, pineapple and sundried tomatoes toppings and I Love it!

I went here today around lunch time to grab a slice. They put the slice in the oven for like 1 minute then handed it to me. Slice was like lukewarm at best. No crunch. Very disappointing because I was going to go to another pizza place down the street where I usually get slices from but saw pizza nova on the way and it’s ok when I order delivery. Should have gone to the other place even though it was an extra few mins away. Could have enjoyed a slice for a cheaper price. Two ladies helped me, one was very nice, other one was ok.

Terrible customer service from the cranky old guy behind the counter. Sneaking the old slices in instead of the fresh looking ones on display. Would definitely give 0 stars of possible. Last time there for me.

Old man with glasses at the front very rude and grumpy. Kept saying the food is gonna take 30 mins 30 mins to make! It looked like he didn’t wanna make the order, so I just walked out. Never coming back again!! Ever!
