Review Wingsup! - Milton

Walking into the restaurant I could instantly tell what type of vibe they were going for. The arcade machine along with the seating made it feel like a nice restaurant to sit in and enjoy some wings with a group of friends. The service could have been a bit better, I felt that the man working at the counter was trying to rush me because he was in the middle of a conversation with his friends which I didnt mind that much. My food took about 15 minutes to be served, I feel like it could have been a bit faster if they tried but I wasn’t in a rush. Luckily it was worth the wait. The chicken bites were cooked to near perfection internally; it was juicy and tender with a beautiful mild bbq sauce glaze. My only problem was that the chicken wasn’t as crispy as I was hoping and there just was not as many bites as I expected. Although I did order the regular size for around $11, I did not anticipate such a small serving of chicken. The potato wedges were so crisp, each bite was just pure bliss. They were excellently salted on the exterior but lacked a bit on the insides; without any dipping sauce they were a bit dry. The carrots and celery complimented everything very nicely and tasted nice and fresh. And lastly the buttermilk ranch, what is their not to say about the ranch. Everything was just elevated to another level once it was dipped inside. Overall this was a great meal and I will be returning to this restaurant In the future.

Good wings, Sauce is good but they always drown the wings in sauce so I asked for less sauce but then they almost took out all the sauce from the wings and made them feel dry. Might want to ask for slightly less sauce when buying wings.

This is such a sad display of high priced wings and onion rings, they also forgot to add the veggies part of the order of 2 pounds of wings. Looks depressing for $43... this is the first and last time I be coming here. MUCH better eats elsewhere.

Just ordered the buffalo bites (boneless wings) and mozzarella sticks. Ok, so the bites were over cooked almost burnt. And the sticks didn’t come with the marinara sauce but with what I think was the Thai chilli wing sauce. Not going back. To bad, I used to be a regular customer. Quality has gone down for sure.

I was really pleased yesterday with my order. It was extra saucy as ordered, great portion size and couldn't even finish it all! I like the fact that they offer free delivery right now as well. I was on a work call and the delivery driver called to let me know my food was outside so it didn't get cold. I ordered again today for lunch, same thing. I thought my order was running behind and opened my door to see it left at the front door, no one knocked. It was fine yesterday because they knocked and called, but I was sitting in my living room beside the front door and not once did someone knock to advise my delivery was here. I then opened the box and it was about half the portion size that I received yesterday. I figured since it was such a big portion I would split it with my daughter but I was quite unsatisfied today. The food was also cold as no one let me know it was here today. The chicken bites also could have been cooked longer as they were not nearly as crispy as yesterday.

Was very dry and you can feel it is old. I ordered the jumbo wings it was hardly 3 lbs like advertised. Not happy with the food and will never go again.

We ordered last night the honey garlic chicken with Parmesan. They forgot to put Parmesan and when we called them , they want us to go back to their restaurant to pick up the parmesan. Very bad customer service .

Ordered cajun wings and coleslaw. Coleslaw was stale. Wings had uneven coating and chicken is too dry. I paid 30$ on uber eats after offer ( actual price is 45$ ) .

I've eaten wings up for many years and last night might have been the last time. I've had bad food or bad service before. I even lived above the restaurant once and had issues with staff then but still liked the food enough to continue to go. But sadly last night I received an order for delivery and after eating a few wings uncovered what clearly was a eaten wing. I'd add a picture but this won't let me.

When you order chicken wings, and the second one you pick up has a bite taken out of it... Bite sized chunk missing with no breading or sauce on breaded and sauced wings. Definitely wouldn’t recommend ordering food here. Especially when you call to return your order and they send a driver who is instructed to give you the price of the order back excluding HST. Enjoy my taxes, oh- and the bite of chicken wing.

Waited 25 minutes for take out of boneless bites. Absolutely terrible, rubbery over sauced, and chewy. Not worth the ten bucks. Restaurant is dirty, sat at the Bench to wait, thought I was about to hit floor because it was broken. I won't be returning very disappointed.

Great wings but that staff is terrible. Always making mistakes the orders even with instructions written out for them.

Poor quality food, bad service, broken furniture and expensive for no apparent reason.

I loved it, I received the food hot and instantly. Very friendly staff

Tried to do zero stars. Yesterday was the WORST food experience in my life. I can't believe that someone honestly thinks for one freaking second that the lack of customer service and the quality of food is acceptable. Remember a bad review will travel way faster than a good review. In closing....Milton Wings Up will never see another dollar from me.

Wings are good. They used to be much better. The lady working the counter is always friendly.

I have not been to the restaurant. I placed an order for delivery. I ordered 1lbs Honey Garlic, 1lbs Thai and Jalapeno Proggies. The wings were a good size. Flavors were good and wings cooked well. The Proggies were ok. I did enjoyed but I felt it was pricey and because of that I choose a 3 instead of 4. Forgot pics if I order again, I'll add them later.

if I could give it a minus 10 I would...the place is run down, the people running it can`t speak English the back is just a bunch of talking jibberish its very displeasing, I ordered 3 lbs of BBQ Garlic wings there were a lot of wings bare so I asked to have more sauce, the guy said its .99 extra plus tax a small can of pop $2.00 what the hell 3 carrots and 2 little ends of celery.

I will NOT go back...wings up is NOT worth the money anymore very small wings not like before.....

Wings up has the best wings in Milton!
Smooth_chico
Pretty Good. The wings are pretty good compared to what is available in Milton. Lots of flavours available. Not a place I would sit and eat at, out dated to put it nicely.
Prices are a bit on the high side for just eating wings.

Just opened the two large buffalo bites.... Veggies and dip under all the chicken and sauce is gross! Didn't order this food knowing I would have to rinse sauce and chicken off the veggies and dip....won't order again! Last two orders the same thing... sauce all over everything.. Fed up! Sticking to wild wing down the street.. Where you don't need to rinse your food off and get soggy half cooked veggie sticks and hot blue cheese dip.. Gross!

Used to be a long time favourite. Wings up for years was our whole family's long time favourite. Hot, breaded, slightly sloppy...delish! Until the prices continuously raised. Every time we'd go in our same meal seemed to cost more and more, then the quality started changing, smaller wings sometimes, sauce changed (which we loved previously). $50 for 2 adults and a child for wings some fries and a little garlic bread just started to seem ridiculous. We will find a new wing place.

The wings tasted like water and was awlful

Surprised at the low percentage. At the time of this writing the approval rate here is only 66% which strikes me as odd because they're my favorite wings in the GTA!
Reccomendation: Wings, or their chicken wing on a bun sandwich. Medium, Hot, or Garlic BBQ sauce. and ask for "Slightly Sloppy"!
