Review Osmow's Grill - Milton

Picked up an order last Saturday, which was missing items and the wrap they gave was missing some extra ingredients I paid for. Found out after arriving home. Tried calling multiple times but couldn't talk to anyone who could address the issue. CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE LEAVING THEIR PREMISES. Also look at the salad we received, looks like they forgot to add the other half. After trying for a week, we were able to reach them and they gave replacements.

Their shawarma wraps are very hollow. You'll be eating more bread than any of their fillings -- not worth it. Super Shawarma is the biggest rip off - felt like it was only filled up half way for the whole wrap.

Tried their chicken shawarma wrap and falafel wrap. Chicken wrap barely had any chicken as you can see in the picture. I guess they are trying to make it veggie friendly. Their falafels tasted burnt on the outside and dense greenish uncooked on the inside. Safe to say won’t be trying again. For this price you can eat premium shawarma anywhere else.

Had a delicious shawarma yesterday, my sister found the hot sauce too hot, and I went to buy some fries so she could help counterbalance the spice. The lady behind ended up giving it to us for free, even though I was more than willing to pay. What amazing customer service. Thank u!

This place is usually a hit or miss but the food is good especially when they do it right, so I order often through ubereats hoping for that experience as it's not hard to deliver. Today I ordered a large chicken on the sticks with a small side of rice and it took 45 minutes for it to arrive. What I got instead were FIVE small chicken shawarma rice dishes. I tried calling the number on Google Maps but it would go straight to voicemail and the voicemail is full so I couldn't leave one anyways. One star because it's the last time I order at this location through ubereats.

The employees provided me with excellent service and helped me order something that was right for me. I ended up going with the chicken shawarma. Mind you it was just a regular but it was loaded with veggies and chicken, extremely filling. Will definitely be coming back.

This was our first time going to Osmows. From the beginning of our experience, they got our order completely wrong. I had ordered a beef shawarma only with lettuce and tomato with NO Spice for my daughter and 3 more beef shawarmas. We had to order by phone because online ordering for the Milton location just wasn’t possible. The lady on the phone didn’t even know the prices for the items. After ordering I went to to pick it up and it wasn’t till I pay for the order that they tell me that they ran out of beef. So they gave me chicken instead. They couldn’t make the refund to my credit card for the price difference and gave cash instead. I waited there for about 20 mins and the staff were so unorganized. They weren’t even able to give me my receipt because the machine jammed. When I got home, we realized my daughter’s shawarma came with pickles, beetroot, green olives, and HOT PEPPERS! aside from the lettuce and tomato (which was the only thing I ordered for her). Overall a very bad experience although the taste was good.

This place used to be my favourite spots in Milton but have seen it go from great to terrible. The quality is horrendous and I’m left with always saying “why did I order here?”. Had to throw out my last 2 orders because of cold/wrong toppings inside the shawarma. Steer clear if you’re debating eating here.

I am a shawarma lover. I went to osmows and order 2 mild shawarma. I noticed they were not using gloves and were touching the food with bare hands. I politely asked the casher to ask them to wear gloves. I was shocked at her response.. she said that he won't and i can get a refund.she was really rude. It was time to open my fast and i had no choice but to take it. I am never going to that place again. Very rude staff.

This place is incredibly disorganized when they get a rush of people. I went in to order a wrap combo and the only thing they pretty much got right with my order was the side of fries... that and the fact I waited 30 min for my food because they forgot to even make it, after seeing people who ordered after me getting their wraps. I wasn't the only one either who they forgot or totally messed up the orders, the lady behind me came back because they forgot to give her HALF her order, and another guy in front came back because his chicken on the rocks was just rice and hot sauce...

The food tastes really good. However, waiting times can be really long.

The first time we tried Osmow's. We ordered 2 wraps and fries. We asked for light hot sauce and they soak it with hot sauce I could not even taste the food. The second time we ordered 2 plates and asked for the hot sauce on the side because of our first experience. This time they soak with their white sauce again we could not taste the food. I like to taste the actually food and the sauces should be for additional flavor not the seasoning of the food.

seriously overpriced for your basic shawarma wrap restaurant, there was a time osmows was tasty and worth the $. They continuously skimp on the meat, i mentioned this to them over and over and now, you've lost a customer. Sadly all good things must come to an end.

Large Chicken on the Rocks with no cream sauce, just hot sauce.<br/><br/>Meal of the gods....<br/><br/>This place is great and you can get double meat if you're unhappy with the portion size like these other dolts.

Heard a lot of positive reviews about their food So had to try it Must say It was a disappointing experience Ordered shawarmas chicken and beef There was very little meat in it It was full of pickles YUK !!! They don't give u a choice just ask u all veggies Nd the result s bad very bad <br/>One had to search for the meat in the shawarma <br/>Will never go there again Never

Heard lot of praise from people in Milton but found the Shawarma below average , less meat and pickled veggies .tried chicken as well as beef shawarma .<br/>May not eat here again !

Overpriced!. $20 for three small (kid's meal) Shwarma. 50 cents for hot sauce and 50 cents for garlic sauce. Rip off or simply don't care about you attitude. l could eat three just myself. I won't go there again.

Food is okay. Shawarma wrap is good, but fries and salad are nothing special-don't waste money on ordering the dinner. Better to order a wrap on its own.

Average, overpriced food; poor service at the counter.
