Review Wendy's - Milton

Friendly and very fast service at the Milton location… a shout out to Natasha super nice person to deal with ..was trying out the Breakfast Baconator for the first time… I’m in love! I was there 6:30am June 18,2022.

I’ve actually been here a few times. I just recently found out that Wendys now offers breakfast so I had to try it. I got the breakfast baconator, sausage croissant, wedges, and coffee. Let me start by saying that the coffee was surprisingly good. I really like that they use styrofoam cups so that the coffee cups are nice to hold and stay warm. Breakfast baconator was super filling for me. A couple bites of it and I was feeling stuffed. It was pretty good. I think I put some wedges in it also. One thing I think it need is more sauce or ketchup. The wedges are pretty good, nicely seasoned. Was not expecting them to be as good as they were. I think the worst thing I got was the sausage croissant and even that wasn’t that bad. The prices are super reasonable. I think I paid $16 for all this and I also got a frosticcino and extra wedges for my sister. I usually go to Wendy’s for nuggets, southwest salad, and spicy chicken sandwiches. But the breakfast is a great choice too and for the price, it’s a better deal than the clown.

They forgot a drink but were happy to fill the order when brought to their attention. Easy to tell they didn't want anyone to have to wait too long either, which is something you don't see much these days among fast food joints.

This location is in a wildly busy location but always provides quick and friendly service. Food always tastes great. Much better and less busy than the McDonald's down the street.

Last night, June 30th. I went inside as drive thru was incredibly back logged. Once inside I quickly learned that the menu system was down. And despite being very busy, as well as dealing with the order system. There was a manager that took the time to finish my order and care about my service, while on the phone dealing with the menu and dealing with the delinquents behind the counter. She did good.

Fresh food, good taste. Accurate order. Mobile app works well. Fast food prices in general ia too high. Drive thru lines often very long but moves along fairly well ane likely because this is the only Wendy'sin Milton. Parking spaces for curbeside pickup orders usually blocked up by random parked cars whose drivers went inside the restaurant for food. Lots of other parking available.

First of all your chicken quality on the spicy chickens has gone way down hill. Absolutely disgusting the stuff you guys are calling chicken now a days... then there's the fact that on my uber eats notes you guys never follow them. Super dissapointing
