Review Thai House Cuisine - Milton

It’s my first time at this restaurant. The food was fresh and the service was fast. The portions were enough to fill an adult and reasonable for the price. The fresh rolls appetizer really has the fresh feel and I liked them so much. The basil pad Thai noodles and basil fried rice were good as well. Visited the place a second time and ordered Thai curry puffs, Tom Kha and mango salad. All the three items were great and filling.

Always wanted to try Thai cuisine and a friend suggested this place to us. Situated on a busy street with a lot of restaurants around. This cosy nook definitely has a charm. We thought the restaurant would be full but to our surprise it wasn’t and we got a table. We ordered Thai Chicken Satay which was really good. Then we had Khoa Soi, which was kinda okayish and the portion size felt less. The third item was Crispy Tamarind Chicken and that was good too. We really liked the food here. The staff is warm and hospitable.

Service is fast and staff is very friendly and accommodating. Place is clean and very pleasant. Try the Pineapple Fried Rice paired with the Tamarind Fish, simply mouth watering. We ordered the Green Beef Curry as well and the spice level was minimal. I suggest starting with the Green Mango Salad, it is utterly refreshing.....prepares your pallette for an evening of tasty Thai goodness. Hughly recommendef.

We ordered the chicken pad Thai, chicken khao soi, mango salad, Thai iced tea and Thai iced coffee. The khao soi and Thai iced tea were my favourite. Khao soi was very creamy, we opted for just a little bit of spice, the noodles were cooked to perfection, the dish was delicious. The thai iced tea was really good and refreshing. The thai iced coffee was good, but we thought it was Thai iced tea with coffee. So we mixed the Thai iced tea with the coffee and it was so much better! I suggest making an option to mix both of them. The pad thai is authentic, i like how it’s not orange coloured like how others make it, it tastes like how a pad thai should. The staff was very nice too. Highly recommended! Thank you!

I paid $16 for a duck dish that’s mostly vegetable. I’m really disappointed with the order and the service provided by this restaurant. I ordered 6 dishes with one of them being duck. As soon as we got the order, we opened all of them and thought they forgot our duck order since the dish was 95% veggies. I called the restaurant to tell them about my disappointment with the order considering we paid $16 for an order that’s mostly vegetable. He put me on hold and told me he confirmed with the kitchen that it had a portion of duck. I told him I have ordered a few times in this restaurant and I have never been disappointed until now. Do yourself a favour and NEVER order duck from here or else you will be wasting your money by paying for a vegetable dish.

Thai House is great! I first went many many many many years ago when they were brand new to town. Their mango chicken, Penang curry, and spicy Thai chicken are amazing dishes. If you like your food spicy, ask for four times spicy! They’ll happily accommodate you. The service here is incredibly fast and efficient. They work their butts off to take care of their guests. While we dined in today, there was constantly people walking in for pick up orders because this is THE best Thai restaurant in Milton. The new remodel that they did during the pandemic looks great and really makes the place look brighter. Great little spot on Main Street.

Excellent food. We ordered take out Thai fresh rolls, Spicy Thai Chicken, Garlic Shrimp and Mixed Vegetables. Flavourful and delicious. Also ordered the Mango sticky rice even though mangoes are not in season. Still great! Transported me back to memories of Bangkok.

*** Got banned from ordering wings at this restaurant 😂*** The lunch combo was good. The Pad Thai needed some salt which truly brought out the flavors. The wings were terrible (feathers stuck to them), but the restaurant agreed to refund the amount. However, they took the feedback personally and have put me on a chicken wings no fly list 😂. In seriousness, I would order the combo again. Knocked a star for the rude server on the phone. Happy to update it after my next order with the restaurant.
