The Moringas were exceptional today. I took mine home still soft and warm from the dehydrator after lunch. A delicious treat tonight. Today's Rocked N Rolled was the best ever! Love that Thai dressing.
I love this place and the care put into every dish. As a nutritionist I know how difficult it is to find healthy restaurants with quality ingredients at a good price. When I'm hungry in Milton, this is where I go.
A lovely little vegan eatery....the food was so good (simple and healthy). The cashew cheesecake...mmmmmmmm! Even the coffee was superb. We had a fabulous lunch and we shall return.
Looking for a place to have lunch after a trip to the airport and found this unassuming, yet totally awesome lunch spot! I loved the taco salad, and the cheese-less "cheesecake" made me forget about ever needing cheesecake again. Lots of care and pride go into making these delicious meals. Thank you!

Great service and an array of healthy foods. Smoothies are excellent! Don't leave without trying the mushroom coffee. It won't disappoint.
I was there with my sister for the first time. Clean and green eating never tasted so good! Sweet, quaint and can't wait to go back!!
This is a spot in Milton that you need to stop by for a bite to eat. The food is delicious, fresh and so tasty. Staff are helpful, friendly and make your experience an awesome one. So Whether your local or from out of town, it's so worth the drive. Believe me!

Very nice place in the heart of Milton. Food is very healthy and tasty. The menu is short but all items in there are unusual and well prepared. Such as the wrap, unusual in the sense it is an open wrap, surprised us. The smoothies and juices offered are also are healthy but more importantly tasty.
I was so happy to stumble across this place. The fresh wrap was perfect - and the sauce too addictive, holy moly. I want that recipe!
Can’t wait to go back and try everything else on the menu.

We went there on a Friday afternoon right before a hike. We were hungry and wanted something light and healthy and found this cozy vegan and gluten free place. It was perfect.
Of course it was during the pandemic so we were welcome to sit and eat outside but not inside. The food was prepared in less than 10 mins and everything was delicious.
🥗 I ordered the pad Thai zoodles and my partner had the zoodles carbonara (that vegan bacon is bomb!). We both shared and we both loved our meals! Yummy! You'll be hit with delicious, rich flavors the second you have the first bite!

Excellent Gf/ vegan/ paleo food. This is one of the only places in Milton where you are guaranteed excellent macros. The new location is more inviting.
Awesome spot in Milton doing crazy delicious things with dehydrated food. The sweet potato “bacon” had such a delicious crunchy texture with just the perfect amount of smoky flavour. Can’t wait to come back to Milton for this!
