This place is horrible. Was in line up for 22 minutes. Few ppl behind me. Nobody came and attended to the only 1 till open. The entire focus was drive true. Why don't you close the place and have drive through only. Zero service inside .

This Tim Hortons is a joke. I don't know if the manager at this location has no idea how to order and keep stock levels up with demand, but they never have what you want to order. I often leave the drive through with nothing, and head to another restaurant

Very bad customer service. The manger was lying and said to me "I have to call my manager and when manger arrived he turned out to be the manager . It was simple refund process to get points in my mobile app. Sorry Tim's I love your coffee, but if this is how they treat their customers.
