Finally stopped by for the first time, I don't know why haven't gone in before! The cafe had such a great vibe and I was greeted almost immediate by friendly staff. Ordered a latte which was perfectly made. Had a short conversation which Mitchell about latte art and he gave me some pointers and tips to help me step up my own latte art. Very much appreciated. I'm definitely going to start coming regularly. Absolutely love this place already.

Grounded is exceptional! From the very hospitable staff to the fantastic vibe in this new amazing space this is Midland’s premier coffee bistro. I recently purchased the Chemex coffee maker from Grounded which is amazing. Thank you to Scott for taking a generous amount of his time to explain how to best use it and further discuss brewing coffee. These guys are passionate and truly love what they do. My son has serious food allergies and we do not allow him to eat or drink anything from anywhere EXCEPT here. We know we can have the islander smoothie with no issue and your staff never makes me feel silly for asking them to re wash the blender just to be sure. Thank you for that. The customer service is amazing, which can't be said for a lot of places and of coarse the smoothies and food are delicious.
Also thank you to the guy (I am sorry I didn't catch your name) for showing my three year old all the coffee beans and how the machine works, she loved it.

Delicious, authentic chai latte served by a very friendly barista (how rare is that!). Shop has a great vibe too so it makes you want to hang around and chill:) Will definitely be back to try their other creations (the Golden Milk sounds intriguing)....
