Went to see pottery and stayed for dinner....we both had the special, a pulled chicken, echilada pie...with salsa and sour cream...it was FANTASTIC...as was the garlic tomato soup, the chocolate cake and the french press decaf....these ladies know how to
cook and they treat you VERY well....we are in the Hat for a couple more days and will most likely go back for another meal!!!
Love the atmosphere. Went for breakfast with my mother here and both of our breakfast sandwiches tasted quite good. A little on the pricey side though. Both had coffee, I do love coffee made with a french press! That was a pro, but I do wish that for the price the press had been a little larger. Will still likely return at some point.
Review. The homemade mushroom soup was simply the best! The specialty teas are excellent. So many choices! The pastries, also made from scratch, are amazing. Delicious hand made sandwiches! Check it out; you'll be glad you did!!
New Favorite!. Even though the cafe was quite busy, they managed everything so well! amazing service, and lovely food. I had the Cesar salad and it was a perfect proportion. I defiantly enjoyed it, and I will defiantly be back!
Absolutely delicious meal! Recently for a family supper. And then for a girls lunch. Tasty! Homemade. Great service. Nice atmosphere. Best bread pudding! One of my fav places in Med Hat. Check out the great local talent they bring in for a nice evening out.
Loved it!. Love this cafe! The owners are very nice and the atmosphere is inviting. The works of many local artists are displayed throughout the cafe, including paintings, metal work, and clay work. The food here is delicious and all home made! I had the hot chocolate (they make their own chocolate syrup), and cheese scone with cherry preserves and honey butter. It was delicious and reasonably priced. If you want to hang out somewhere a bit later on thursday - saturday (other than a pub), I would suggest this place.
Wow, such a delightful new restaurant for Medicine Hat. As an out of Towner who is a frequent visitor to the city it is a breath of fresh air to have Inspire Cafe as a choice place to eat. Food was interesting and good. Surroundings fantastic! Really fabulous art on display. I will definitely be back!
Cinamon Buns/Twists. I have finally found a place that makes great Cinnamon Buns in Medicine Hat. It reminds me of Little Haven in Wainwright. If you try them make sure you asked staff to warm them up. The prices on the menu seemed reasonable. The atmosphere here is very relaxed and unhurried. The walls are covered with (I think local artist's work for sale. Great place to have a coffee and relax. I can't wait to try some of the other items on the menu.
