Very good food and excellent customer service ! The restaurant needs Badly a face lift ! 1/2 to 3/4 light bulbs burnt out ! Can't read menus ! And a paint job to freshen it up is due issues needed !

Super excellent service. Food is always awesome!!!! We order often and only had an issue once but that was issue with a sauce not coming with our food. They made a special trip and brought it to us right away. Tonight we ordered and the deep fried shrimp were huge and cooked nice and crispy. Beef chow mein was yummy. I recommend this place to everyone. Always customize my order to suit us. If I could give this place more then 5 stars I would!!! 👍🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍🏼

Good food and good servers. Have never had any issues eating in at this restraunt. Ordered food for takeout, they were missing staff in the back, but did not mention anything on the phone, only that it would be 45-50 minutes until it was ready. Showed up after about 40 minutes and paid for food, and was told that it was not ready yet, but it shouldnt be long. I proceeded to wait an additional hour in the restraunt before my food came out to me, so the total time from calling was 1 hr 45 minutes. Nowhere in that time did they mention that they were shortstaffed in the back at all. This is also not the first time this has happened here, and previous times it was the same thing, no notice on phone when calling, and bad estimates on when food would be ready. Overall, you shouldnt have any issues eating in, but make sure to ask them if your food will really be ready in the time they say.

Terrible. Spring rolls are tiny, tough and rancid tasting. Noodle bowls are primarily rice noodles with the exception of the chicken jerky on top and the shrimp and pepper oil that I paid extra for. Dinner for one was so bad that we couldn't even finish it. Bland and no sauce for the deep fried shrimp. His was our second time, there won't be a third. Unfortunate. Would have loved to write a great review.

A few nights ago we had something to do in Martensville so thought we'd try this establishment. It's taken me a couple of days to decide what I thought of this place.<br/>The restaurant is actually quite small. But tidy. <br/>We ordered spring rolls, pan fried dumplings and spicy beef satay soup. <br/>To be honest the spring rolls didn't do anything for me. I could only eat 1/2 of one and they were pretty small compared to other places. <br/>The pan fried dumplings were my favourite part of the meal. And have since been wanting more. There's quite a few in one order and must admit I ate most of them. <br/>The soup I'm not sure on yet. I found it to be very salty. But the flavour was ok. <br/>There was a couple in who ordered dinner for two. And the portion size looked quite large. <br/>I definitely want to go back to try the dinner for 2.

Every time we've eaten here the food has been pretty good. The hours are a little random, and I wouldn't drive far out of my way to go here.

We order Pon's weekly, sometimes take out, sometimes dine in. We are always pleased and rarely have issues. The food is flavourful. I guess that's why we keep coming back, week after week. My kids are always begging us to go there! Highly recommend.

What happened to the Spring rolls! Weren't amazing before compared to other places but now half the size! Very disappointed!

Worst food ever. Spent $50.00 on take out and you don't even get a sauce for the shrimp.Plus they don't even give you some white rice.<br/>First and last time.<br/>They wouldn't get the owner to call me.Now after trying to eat this crap I would be embarrass to MR OWNER of PON'S.

Awesome food!!. We absolutely LOVE Pons. I've never been disappointed with anything we've tried. Not greasy, real food. The pan fried dumplings are our family's favorite. Service is great every time.

We always enjoy Pon's. Their salad rolls are excellent. My wife gets the satay soup and loves it. Sweet and sour pork and many other dishes are really good. I don't love their ginger beef. Spring rolls are excellent. Overall a really good restaurant in Martensville.

Pon's was exactly like expected. Not good.. Our pantry was empty. Fridge empty. Wanted some sort of delivery and pizza was out so we tried Pon's for the first time. We were not expecting much from a small unknown to us Chinese joint in Martensville. It was very bland and boring. Ordered a wide variety to try and each one was pretty bad. Instantly scratched off the list which is too bad because we would rather support local but can't do it in this case unless it changes.

Love pons kitchen, I drive out from Saskatoon to enjoy his tasty food. Great atmosphere and awesome service.

Worst customer service/food in town. Incredibly disappointed in our order and the woman who takes the orders over the phone. They delivered incorrect items, refused to replace, and stated it would be at our cost instead of making it right. We hadn't even touched the incorrect items and wanted to just exchange it for the CORRECT item we had originally ordered. The woman was incredibly rude and refused. Overpriced and CRAP quality of chicken balls and ginger beef was tough and burnt. NEVER AGAIN.

Staff is wonderful! Great family owned restaurant. My kids loved the food and we will definately go back for more:)

Loved the food! The cold rolls are the best I've tasted ... And believe me, I know cold rolls. The staff was pretty friendly too :)

Great place to eat and they also have quick delivery. It is a must for me at least once a month.

I loooove this place... My hubby and I have driven out from Saskatoon many times to get pick up! Their chicken balls are the best EVER... I haven't been disappointed in a dish from there yet!

Friendly Service. We order from Pon's probably twice a month. We order the combos because it feeds the whole family. Never an issue because the food has always been good. When we order take out, the food is usually done when they say it will be so there is no waiting when we pick it up. When we eat in, they are very friendly and the prices are always comparable to other chinese food restaurants.

Bought takeout here many times and it was decent. We loved the bone-in sweet n sour ribs. Last time we were there they changed their meat to little pieces of crunchy pork that looked like leftover pieces of meat. Totally disappointed!

Vermicelli bowl was just average, tried other dishes other visits and agree with others not that good. Peanut sauce was horrible! Too bad as could have a great business but need some recipe changes to go back.

Terrible. Absolutely awful. everything from the decor to the staff to the food. im surprised i didn't get food poisoning. i wouldnt feed this to my dog.

Honestly, the food here tastes like an over salted shoe. Not authentic at all. I've witnessed the employers being blatantly rude to their employees, to the point of where I felt bad for the waitresses. They're condescending to customers and I've never had a single good order of food from this place whether it's eat in or take out. Unfortunately I've run out of second chances and respect for this establishment.

Disappointing food, friendly staff. We ordered the dinner for 6 and threw most of it out. Food was bland yet super salty, highly not recommended. People working were super friendly and accommodating - hopefully food gets better so we can order locally.

Meh... I ordered a chicken vermicelli bowl, pork salad rolls, and spring rolls.<br/><br/>Spring rolls had a funny taste to them.. I think the oil they deep fried them in was very dirty/old. <br/><br/>vermicelli bowl was average. I had very little lettuce, sprouts, cucumbers. The chicken was over cooked and soaked in soya sauce. <br/><br/>Salad rolls were OK.. the pork was very thin and overcooked. Peanut sauce was not peanut sauce. Looked like soya sauce with peanuts in it. <br/><br/>I probably will never go back..

Great food. Love the food! It's where we order chinese food take out all the time!

Friendly, check the daily special before ordering from the menu.<br/>Food was excellent , but poor choices of drinks, meaning no juices available at the time.

I wish it was better. I love noodle bowls (Vermicelli) and so does my family but we can't eat the ones that Pon's Kitchen makes. The noodle bowls themselves are good but the fish sauce is horrendous. It's incredibly salty and has no flavour at all. If they would change that they would get a lot more business from me and my family.

WORST FOOD EVER!!. I have tried this food 3 times and each time it has very little flavor and WAY too much salt. I think the Chinese food in the food court in the mall is way better. Sorry, I really want to support restaurants in Martensville but they need to step up with the flavor and cook with less salt. The time before I ordered lemon chicken and it tasted like yellow goop with a little chicken flav. not sweet lemon chicken. P.S. peanut sauce for salad rolls shouldn't be super salty!!

Very tasty. The soups are wonderful as are the sping rolls ,crispy and not greasy. The dry ribs were flavourfull and you can't go wrong with any of the dinner specials, very fresh, fast and frendly service. You can't beat the price for what you get

It's decent, though not what I expected after moving from Vancouver. A little too greasy and satay needed more fresh ingredients- tasted like a mix.

So tasty!. I live Southeast of Saskatoon, but have family that lives in Martensville, and anytime I'm visiting, I HAVE TO stop and pick up at Pon's. I don't think I can hardly pick a favorite, all of their offerings are so good. I usually pick one of their Vietnamese dishes, and potstickers are a must. I'm always tempted to just order one of everything so I can just sample the whole menu at once! If I lived in the North end of the city, I would certainly make the drive out to pick up for supper more often than I do now. A must try!

Solid food!. Whether it is Chinese or Vietnamese, this place was great! Finally, somewhere worth going for chinese in Martensville. And definitely much better than at least 80% of what is offered in Saskatoon! Service is really good where they call you if your pickup order is ready earlier than predicted and the girls at the front are very personable and great you with a smile. Highly recommended.

New Place in Town!. We have been frequenting many good Vietnamese restaurants in Saskatoon over the years and when Pon<br/>'s came to Martensville we were excited to finally have an Asian place in town! From the first meal we were impressed and really enjoy going back after Church for dinner or during our walk around town, stopping in for something hot. The owners are awesome and the food is sooooo good! We highly recommend you try it!

Worth The Drive. After having several inconsistent and disappointing Chinese takeout experiences in and around Saskatoon, I was happy to stumble upon Pon's Kitchen. The service is friendly, the food consistently tasty and the portions reasonable for the price.
