This Tim Hortons is managed by local restaurant serving TD and other staff members located at 3500 Steeles. The staff is courteous and quick however at times the line up's can be very long. I try to get my coffee in the morning from outside coffee shops to avoid 15 to 20 minutes of wait time. They don't accept Tims gift cards and around lunch times the staffing is low on coffee side
