Review Wendy's - Maple

Nice customer service I asked them for veg. Burger but they haven’t in menu so I ask them to assemble it so they did it for me. It’s look nice over all it’s good thanks to them for that. It’s taste nice but they don’t have veg. Menu that’s why I gave them 3 stars otherwise it’s all good !

Server randomly charged for what I didn't want. In addition upcharged me for more expensive items without asking. Will never return to this Wendy's location

Bad service, cero friendly staff and cero attention for what I ask.

Had baconator and spicy chicken sandwich. Bacon was beyond crispy and hard, must have been sitting a heat drawer for days. The chicken breast did not even fill the small bun. It looked like it had been cut in half. Maybe 1.5 x 2 inches.

Best Wendy's we have ever ordered food from!! My son (13) and I stopped in this evening after hockey game in Barrie. Young lady was pleasant, order was accurate, the food was PERFECT! They loaded the fries, the patties were hearty, cooked perfectly. We've eaten at many Wendy's, all around ON, we will definitely plan to stop at this location when traveling through. Thanks!! J

Nice people running it, but the drive thru was closed at 8:30pm. Not cool, but they seemed to only have 2 staff running the whole thing. Serious skeleton crew. I'm glad they were as kind as they were. (Sunday Nov 10 2019)
