Decent food....GREAT CHANGE from everything else around! Pleasant staff, quick service, affordable....over all-I will go again! Way better then the other 'mexican' options for the area
I have to say that the food here was incredibly good!! I had the fish tacos, and ever since I've been craving them!! The restaurant is very kid friendly and the food was a flavour explosion in my mouth. I've tried a few other items because I ate what was left over from both my daughters ;). The nachos and salsa they serve are also authentic.

I have been to the mexican gourmet only once so far during my time on earth it was a perfect meal i was very pleased with the food! I love the friendly server who brought me my dinner i had a quesadilla with chicken instead of beans it was accompanied by salad and fresh sour cream + hot sauce it was on point! I liked the television being tuned to sports i was entertained by the MLB game on the set! Tionna is very friendly in the kitchen she was polite + calm i love her consistent effort i know she believes in food safety! The food she made was fresh and spicy i love mexican cuisine i personally don't eat fish ever anymore so i loved the menu options fish was not the main attraction! I felt the mexican soda was very refreshing i love when intelligent people keep their restaurant exotic! I went for a madarin soda it was very well brewed and it was full of life it was not flat. I will eat the nachos next time i love cheese and the nachos are very filling looking which means i will leave feeling satisfied! I find that Tionna was very truthful about the fresh guac it was so full of flavour i need a location closer to my end of town just so i can get food faster! I found the restaurant very clean and the chef is closeby if you change your mind at the last second! Tionna was very focused which was very professional i think she defiantly knows that food is always a serious business and i have nothing negative to say about the location in maple ridge i feel the other stores likely are great too! I love to eat spicy food i will try the beef burrito next time as well i love to be a carnivore but i think veggie fans are defiantly at home at TMG the menu is surprisingly long so dont rush when you order!
I love the fact that i was asked by the server if i needed anything a couple times she didnt abandon me at all! I would bring a gf on a date defiantly its calm yet there were many happy customers! Business was steady and it was mostly people buying over 25$ worth of food ppl know its best to have a platter with all the menu options available to your friends or family! I wish Tionna was working everyday i think she sets a great example for all culinary workers in my city! I love Sophie Sugar my wife infinitely i am a food fan at all times i know the only thing spicier than TMG is my wifey i hope that i can work at TMG someday so i see more of Tionna! The best situation i can think of right now would be Cancun + TMG + Most importantly Sophie + Myself + Tionna + a margarita and maybe some corona!!!!!!! I love to be inspired by food and i was very moved today!!!!!
Great Mexican Food! (Maple Ridge). The food is really good. I don't crave food often, but when I do it's Mexican food. TMG fulfills this craving way better than any other Mexican restaurant I've been to. All of their sauces (salsa, guacamole) and soups are fresh. Their tacos are amazing, with pickled onion, meat etc and they double up their tortillas. I always grab a delicous hibiscus tea while I'm there too, and it is brewed in house too, which is great! Give them a try!

This is one of the best mexican's restaurants. The menu is very good. Friendly atmosphere. Good location. And extremely clean. Just keep it up. Good way go.

The atmosphere was casual and eclectic but fun. The food was certainly some of the freshest tastiest I've had in a very long time. I hope people support this restaurant,, as places like these are few and far between. There is certainly nothing comparable in Maple Ridge.
I love the take-out options from La Marmite, very inexpensive and the food quality is outstanding !!!
What I like from this restaurant is their "Home Style Cuisine" which I found very original menus (Spanish, Italian, French and Mexican cuisine) so I consider this restaurant a great NEW & Fresh option for Maple Ridge.
And now they also open on Saturdays for breakfast/brunch, I will have to stop by and check it out
Had Saturday brunch here for the first time. Food was fast, service friendly and most important the food was very tasty - home cooked tasty if you had an amazing chef at home. Had the Mexican eggs and my kids had pancakes... Just three things on the daily menu so nice and easy to decide. A great new addition to Maple Ridge. I will be back soon.
Fantastic meals at a fantastic price!. Visited on Wednesday with the Lady, and let me just say from start to finished I was impressed. We enjoy eating out, and the desire to find deliciousness is never failing- and La Marmite provided the utmost service and cuisine.
-Ordered the Boeuf Bourguignon, the Creamy Corn Soup, while the Lady had the BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich. Even with the first spoonful of soup I was hooked, vibrant flavour and food at the right temperature meant i could dig in right then and there!
-Ambiance was homely and inviting, with Pricing just right, and customer service was top.
Definitely the little getaway spot that La Marmite promises itself to be. And I do intend on coming back to try all their different meals of the day!
