Terrible customer service. Staff will get orders wrong, be rude to customers, and talk about customers in front of other customers. Quite awkward. Orders have been wrong multiple times. Seems like a bunch of children work here, which wouldn’t be a problem if they had better service.

It's hit or miss depending on local it's gone downhill bad after burger King usa took control... I don't even have a rewards card anymore

Nice staff, but horrible food. One of those cases where the picture doesn't match with the food. If they had used a photo of the food they gave me -- a BLT -- on their menu no one would order it!

Very busy, 2 XL coffee, one filled to the brim, one about 3/4 full. Both black so I just evened them out but not before scalding my hand.

Pretty bad service. Went to the get coffee with friends . We wanted to sit and enjoy our coffee but no staff tried to clean the table so we can sit in the table that needs cleaning.
