At 11:30 a.m. we were looking for a place to have lunch at Lunenberg. Most of the restaurants open at twelve noon, luckily we found the Fish Shack. We stopped by The South Shore Fish Shack for a late lunch / early dinner during our visit to Lunenburg. It was a little busy but, we were seated right away. The weather wasn’t great but, we still enjoyed sitting outside. We had a few beers and ordered their LOBSTER BUN, FISH & CHIPS and DIGBY CLAMS

Great service, fantastic views of the harbour, tasty reasonably priced food. Scallop pasta was tasty, half tower is cold seafood of yummy oysters and clams, good lobster and snow crab.

I didn't mind the wait and I'll own up to ordering a hamburger at a fish place but it's small size was sheer lunacy.
